Too much for what we needed it for
What do you like best about the product?
It's great if you're a big organization who needs a lot of monitoring and has a team of more than about 5. I would totally recommend it for an entire digital marketing team. It's great for attributing tasks and scheduling in posts. It has a variety of things in the suite that would really help out a huge team, and I liked the integration for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just too much for a small team. We didn't need all the bells and whistles and honestly there seems to be no way to opt out. We also didn't love the constant sales calls pressuring us into buying. Thanks but no thanks. We'd get calls and emails and it was way too much pressure when we were trying out options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't end up using this program but I liked the editorial calendars a lot. I also liked the ability to monitor everything - the analytics on this program are amazing. I will say they're the best I've seen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's best for big organizations with big teams. We're just not big enough to take advantage of the suite of features. But I really think they're doing great things. It just wasn't for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use and I like the analytics available. It makes social media management a lot easier

The tool is a bit pricey for smaller companies.

Post scheduling and monitoring. Sprout Social makes it easy to generate reports and see what is working on your strategy

It is a great tool, helps social media management and analytics. Easy to use and generates nice looking reports
Great Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other management tools, Sprout offers the most must-haves that you didn't know you needed. When wanting to change the time a post is supposed to go live, you can drag and drop the post to a different time slot in the calendar. Most other tools require you to go into the post and change the time. This might not seem like much, but when you need to readjust your calendar, this saves you a lot of time. I also love the fact that you can schedule a retweet for Twitter.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be more straightforward and more intuitive. Often, things that you are looking for are buried under a set of menus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves most social media management needs. Like I stated for the What I like best section. Being able to schedule a retweet and also having the ability to drag and drop a post to change the time it goes out is great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. My previous company switched from Sprout to another platform, and some of the features were deeply missed.
Easy to use and keeps me very organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to post content to several different social media pages in the click of the button. Sprout keeps me organized and saves me time from week to week.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be on the pricey side for a small company. I also had to reconnect profiles every few months for sometimes things would disconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has saved me many many hours! I am able to pull reports, create posts, and see my scheduled posts with a quick glance on the calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
I started using Sprout Social 3 years ago, and it's improved a lot over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations occasionally break, and the analytics are different than they are on native social platforms (it's hard to tell which is correct).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout lets us manage all of our social media platforms from one place. It's perfect for a B2B company like ours.
Scheduling content is super easy
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to schedule content and edit for each platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little overwhelming and difficult to navigate if you aren't a seasoned pro or are learning it on your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously I would have to schedule a post on one platform and then have to open up a new post and either type it out or copy paste and make changes for the next scheduled post, but now I can just duplicate or schedule and duplicate all at once which makes it so much easier and less time consuming.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of the best options out there for social media management and analytics, just be prepared to have to really make an effort to learn how to use it.

Everything is in one place! I like that I can see my calendar, platforms and users in one dashbord.

Sometimes is glitchy - can't customize the dashboard.

Content calendar management. Having multiple users on a team manage social media.

The optimal send time capabilities within the social publishing tool.

Reporting is very limited and can not pull in generic data seen within native platforms.

Having a unified scheduling platform for SMM.
Sprout Social Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see all of the notifications for my Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts in one place so I know I'm not missing anything and don't have to check multiple sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there's no section where I can see all of my completed posts so I have to unhide them to be able to look at them again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see what customers are saying quickly and easily and respond to them in a timely matter. It has improved our customer service and social engagement.
"Planning Game Changer"
What do you like best about the product?
It used to take me days to plan the majority of the social substance for the 3 brands I oversee, yet having the option to put it across the board spot (and set up repeating posts) has been a colossal help for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an approach to have individuals without real records go into the product to survey. The blessing is extraordinary, however the general population who endorse my work needn't bother with full access to everything inside the product. My workaround has been to placed it in broadened List configuration and fare a PDF, yet even that is somewhat inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It spares time by not hauling and drop my social substance into each unique stage from an exceed expectations sheet.

Their introduction procedure is extraordinary. Like week by week trainings that are an hour long. It's a major ordeal. Which is fine, yet I simply didn't feel like I required that. appeared somewhat inefficient of time. It's natural enough to not require the preparation.
