Best Social Media Scheduler!

What do you like best about the product?
All aspects of how easy it is to create a schedule of when you want your posts to go out and the reports ARE THE BEST!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's glitches with adding photos and videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automization! The benefits are amazing straightforward reports!

What do you like best about the product?
If you're starting out in social media marketing, this tool is a HUGE time saver. It brings all of your social notifications to one place so you don't have to go back and forth all day. It has one easy to use stream that shows you the posts you haven't handled yet.

The social scheduling feature is also very easy to use. I love the feature to schedule the same post on multiple days. Other tools make you re-create the post over and over.
What do you dislike about the product?
Higher end tools give you better reporting and allow you to see all of your interactions with a certain person. There's also more sentiment analysis and automation.

It does provide some social listening, but isn't as robust as other tools which can also pull in forums, blogs, etc.

Sprout social isn't the best if you're working with many users and managing a large number of profiles.

However, it's a great option for small businesses or people who are just starting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's affordable, a huge time saver and allows you to track social performance across all networks.

Easy way to view social media feeds

What do you like best about the product?
Consolidated viewing ability for multiple feeds, tags - direct post to email option to email the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional trouble with links, once with login when the entire system was down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring of Twitter- multiple hashtags in one place, posting from one place as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows you to schedule tweets for multiple users, and administrators can review and edit tweets from the draft tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to pin tweets to your profile through this platform, so you must log in directly through Twitter. If you are only managing one profile this is not a problem, but we have more than one so it is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpful organizational tool, reports give good insight into our followers

I love that I can schedule posts on multiple social media accounts and reschedule posts I've previously sent

I hate that if I accidentally click outside of the posting box, I lose the post I was working on!

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling tools are good, I joined for the Analytics tools because they save me a lot of time and look quite nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't schedule videos which I think is shocking consider how expensive Sprout is. It really is an investment and as a small business the only reason I'm still on Sprout is because of the Anayltics. I would probably move to other platforms. If you're automating Facebook from here, it won't tag the right people, and when it posts links, it doesn't show the link preview which is so annoying because that's vital for engagement. Scheduling tools are better elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of my client's social media accounts in one place. Easy and quick Analytics documents which really saves time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you schedule a lot of videos this isn't for you. Try using Later instead it's much better fit for this purpose.

Comprehensive but not intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
Combining all messages into a single inbox is a huge time-saver. It's also fairly easy to search.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is pretty limited, and the UI is spread out - it can take several clicks just to get where I want to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 14 different social accounts that we manage internally from our marketing team. Sprout Social enables us to manage them all from one place at scale.

While new features keep rolling out, sometimes they are a bit slow on adding updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great analytics for social platforms. Reports are customizable and super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
No hashtag tracking feature - this would make it the perfect software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to track growth of social accounts and monitor who community is. Great demographic info per channel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool, has everything but hashtag tracking.
