Sprout Social Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytics that Sprout provides. They are visually pleasing and it is easy to find your information all in one place. I also really enjoy the way in which you can see all of your incoming messages. It is very cool how you can see the individual's account that has interacted with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the publishing feature. It is hard to navigate through and it has led me to utilize other platforms, instead of Sprout, because of this. Other than that, I really enjoy using Sprout and think that it is a very good social media management tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to better understand our audiences and to better target various ad campaigns. Also, it has helped us to better communicate with our followers, influencers, etc. via the platform. The visual aesthetics of Sprout are very impressive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pretty user-friendly; good for beginners getting the grasp of social media and has some neat features that allow for automatic posting.
Gets the job done - continues to add new features
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout's listening feed - it makes it easy for my teammates and I to respond to and clear notifications, assign each other tasks, and get a pulse of the conversation happening around my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used to use a software that would publish our content out at an optimal time based on our audience behaviors. It also predicted how well your content would resonate as you were writing it, which challenged you to write better content. Sprout doesn't offer these same features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings our social publishing and listening under one platform that's cost effective and easy to use. It helps the team work better together because of the task features. It has great reporting included in the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get in touch with someone from the team to learn about the extent of the platform - we actually have a meeting next week with our region's account executive to see what we aren't utilizing!
Terrific platform with great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support at Sprout is par to none. The associates I've worked with have nearly become friends as we've worked together to make sure that I understand all of Sprout's facets and make sure I'm using the platform to its fullest potential. They even sent me a SproutSocial onesie when I told them I would be offline for a while last year when I was pregnant with my daughter! The platform itself is nearly a one-stop shop for social platform management, analytics and even competitor comparison.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is one thing I wish they had to truly make it so I didn't need to use any other platforms, it would be a contest component. Right now I have to use another platform to run contests on my Facebook page. It would be so beneficial if this was something Sprout offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm doing more social listening with Sprout, which allows me to find my followers and others talking about me and my books, even if they aren't following me yet. It also helps me be much more efficient answering tweets and Facebook comments all in one place, freeing up time for me to get back to my writing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a platform to manage all of your social accounts in one place, Sprout Social is the platform for you. Not only does it give you a dashboard from which you can perform all of your needed social functions, but you can get real time analysis of your followers, your posting and your competition. Add the next level of customer service to the mix, and it truly is nearly perfect.
Great Way to Schedule Twitter
What do you like best about the product?
The publishing widget for Chrome makes it easy to share articles with tracking URLs and you can plan out your tweets months in advance
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting statistics don't seem to be true. Such as hashtag engagement on instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to schedule out tweets 6 months in advance and engage with users who use our hashtags or profile tags.

It's a great platform but don't rely on it for reporting.
Sprout Social is a Scheduling Savior
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Sprout Social to schedule out social media, but the analytics reports are also incredibly useful. I am a visual person so having all the graphs and top performing posts in one report helps me visualize our progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly like the tasks feature though my team kind of phased out of using it, opting instead for a separate task management system (Asana). I also wish that the Instagram analytics were stronger. We used to use Iconosquare and I LOVED how you could track your top followers and other more in-depth, Instagram specific metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We only really launched our social media in the past few months so we haven't had time to tackle problems yet, but being able to schedule posts and track analytics has helped us immensely to grow our following and better define our target audience.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very user-friendly. This program saves time by allowing me to schedule posts on multiple social media platforms (event Instagram) weeks in advance. It's also convenient that my colleagues can see when I schedule posts, so they can work around mine.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports do not always seem to be accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is hugely beneficial to the business I work for when keeping our members in the loop. The program makes it easy to communicate specials, events, news, etc. that might get forgotten about or lost otherwise.

Reliable, but missing some features.
What do you like best about the product?
It was simple to use, and helpful for scheduling posts out for as far as I needed to. The interface was also very pleasant, I don't like when programs have a distracting look to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I used it, there was not an option to integrate Instagram in with the scheduling. With other programs, they may not autopost, but they send the content and a reminder at the scheduled time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I previously used it, it allowed me the ability to create editorial calendars for social media monthly and schedule out the content I had recently written. This gave me more flexibility and consistency for posting, while being able to add to it if needed.

If you are looking for a cost effective scheduling option, Sprout Social is reliable and has a great support team to help you navigate and improve your marketing skills through social media.
Great for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform is easy to navigate and you can add multiple brands and accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that you can not schedule multiple photos or video for Twitter or Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our engagement with our ads. Being able to connect with users that are unhappy or dissatisfied with our services.
User-Friendly Platform With a Creative Touch
What do you like best about the product?
I love having a messages inbox where I can link all my social platforms and monitor across one page rather than jumping between pages/sites on Facebook/Twitter.
What do you dislike about the product?
How you have to physically click that you've viewed a comment/like/follow/retweet. I don't need to know retweets on a post, just want to see all the comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to 30+ pages on one feed. This has taken time spent monitoring from over an hour to just 20 minutes a day now.
