Easy to use and great support

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has everything I need to stay on top of incoming messages, schedule outgoing messages ahead of time, and then measure the effectiveness of our social media strategy and specific campaigns. It's very easy to use. The support team is also very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social has some outage issues and small bugs. However, any time there is an issue the support team is helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media is key to our brand awareness strategy, our efforts to build long term customer relationships, and to grow ROI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a clear strategy in mind for social media before you jump in to using Sprout Social. There are so many features and tools that are incredibly useful. Take the time to explore the platform and lean on your account manager to help guide you through the process.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to post across multiple platforms at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting seems to sometimes be incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting sometimes doesn't match up with what Facebook and Twitter offer in their reporting. Not sure which is "accurate" and reliable for reporting to our clients.

Great Community Management & Scheduling Software

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule tweets in advance. You can pick the exact date and time (down to the minute) that you would like the tweet/tweets to be posted. And it is an excellent tool for community management for brands with high activity and easy to narrow down searches combining hashtags and handle names.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is the inconsistency of analytics. The Twitter analytics and Sprout Social analytics do not always align, which makes it confusing when reporting to clients on which source in more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The clients' main Twitter goals are to stay as the top luxury conversation on Twitter. Through Sprout Social Software this is possible using the search options for single hashtags, combined hashtags, and tagged handle content. For example- when monitoring for specific events, this software is a highly resourceful tool to aggregate the twitter conversations you are looking to monitor during that specific event.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very easy to use. What is really useful is how it updates in real time, so we can see if another team member is already responding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are little glitches where content reappears, but the technical team are quick to respond to any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us to see all our social media content in one place, this makes it quick and easy to see what is being said about the institution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about what you want to use the system for. Sprout is great if there are multiple people working in the digital marketing team. It's also great at publishing content out to your social channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social's dashboard and analytics tools because it is very user friendly without sacrificing components.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's limited channels compared to some other platforms

Consolidating all of our brands' social channels on one platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great tool whether you work with many brands or you're launching a social presence for a brand.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts to go out on several profiles at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout is confusing. There should be a more clear way to organize everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software allows me to update our salespeople's profiles without them having to do anything, and is a benefit to them to stay updated in the social sphere.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It gets the job done, but there are some kinks the company is working out. Video posting is difficult. But overall it's a good product.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the visuals involved in reporting. My team was able to take data and show it to clients in a way that was aesthetic and easy to read.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time when I used sprout, I don't think there was a robust "share of voice" widget that we could monitor and share with clients. This is an important aspect of my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest business problem was being able to share ROI on social media content, so we learned that click-through rates were very important to clients, more so than follower acquisition.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social is easy to use. Coming from someone who has never used the platform, it was easy to pick up on and figure out how to work. The best part about it is that I was able to get great analytics!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that you cannot schedule on Instagram without going into the app. This is more of Instagrams fault, but it's inconvenient. I also don't like how Sprout doesn't measure sentiment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can pull analytics for clients who ask for more in-depth explanations as to why certain campaigns worked, and others didn't

It is a great platform to measure analytics!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule posts on Sprout, how the reporting is easy to export and send to clients with great readability, and how you can pull in keywords to find mentions of your brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike about Sprout Social is that it doesn't pull in sentiment analysis in reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems regarding efficiently engaging with users and scheduling future posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Our social media team uses this tool to plan, manage and reporting on our social campaigns. It is very user-friendly and provides great, clean reports that are easy to read even for the greenest clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish you could schedule Instagram, but this isn't their fault!
