Growing your Online Footprint is Easy with Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling - being able to line up multiple days of content in one sitting, and then previewing those posts, is an excellent service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasions when uploading images to accompany posts seem to stall the system. Though this might be due to file size, it would be helpful to have a guide on what size limits are in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expanding our reach in the social media environment. We've seen an increase of activity on our main Facebook page week-over-week that is encouraging from a business, as well as a "fun," standpoint.
A company that "gets it"
What do you like best about the product?
Best feature of Sprout is the asset library - upload it once, and can use it over and over - as a content creator with some common pictures (logos, etc) that I use, it saves me valuable time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is money - and Sprout allows me to schedule/draft more content in the same amount of time.

The feeds are not true to the algorithms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were missing tons of social media notifications when we were using HootSuite to monitor our accounts. Sprout has helped get every single notification, reply in a timely and efficient manner, and stay connected to our guests. We also use the reports to put together weekly and monthly reports for our social media team to monitor the success of our campaigns and identify trends for what's working and what's not

What do you like best about the product?
The smart inbox combines feeds from Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram into one place, allowing us to easily keep on top of new content from our followers and social community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately Sprout does not yet do any wider media monitoring (websites, blogs, forums etc) so we have to purchase additional software for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sprout Social, a small social media team is able to easily manage the social accounts of two of our brands and collaborate on tasks. The real-time indicators show who is working on what item at any time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take it for a trial and see if it meets your needs. The platform is scalable and flexible.
The Best SM Tool Available
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is easy to use, adaptable to multiple styles of management, and easy to train newbies in. Not a day goes by when I don't use this tool for scheduling, publishing, reporting, or even useful procrastination (aka. inspiration).
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding a single user a Premium account - which we use - ups the cost significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time efficiency is better, and the reporting modules allow for deeper insights into timeframes that the actual platforms don't usually provide. In addition, Instagram scheduling and LinkedIn reporting are always a problem to master, but not with Sprout.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for an all-in-one monitoring, scheduling, and publishing Social Media Management Tool Sprout Social is the best one on the market. You get great customer service, deal with accommodating individuals, and get to use a tool that gives you the best bang for your buck as far as I'm concerned.
Sprout is great but not spontaneous enough

ability to work together on projects, option to schedule posts ahead of time

waiting for approval takes away of the spontaneity of social media

refreshing Facebook site, answering comments and messages
Great for reporting and scheduling but too expensive for start ups.

The reporting and scheduling functions are good.

Sometimes the reporting isn't exactly what you need and it is very costly so not applicable for new businesses.

Sprout Social makes community management across teams easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to manage incoming messages across multiple team members, especially seeing when someone's already responding to a message.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel there are some bugs with the mobile app. I can't see the full messages, sometimes the actions I make on the app don't actually happen (deleting comments etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to manage incoming messages across people and a range of Facebook activity - especially posts with a longer tail and Facebook ads.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy, manageable way to see a lot of different messages coming in from a lot of different sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you have a link that has a photo attached it shrinks the image on Facebook and doesn't come out the same as if you added the photo and the link separately. Also, our instagram scheduling doesn't seem to work. I love this feature and would love to use it more. Especially in the weekends. Sometimes the analytics for Sprout Social are out of sync with the Facebook ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of comments coming in and monitoring those in terms of risk to the company.
