Easy to Use, Straightforward Profile Connections, and Decent Pricing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use overall, with very few issues. Connecting profiles is straightforward, and the pricing is decent.
What do you dislike about the product?
really only seems to have some issues posting on facebook, maybe once a month
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postings and scheduling, I schedule out months in advance, 10-20 posts a day multiple platforms
Sprout Social: Easy-to-use time saver with amazing support
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been a game changer for me as I manage multiple social media accounts. The platform is extremely intuitive to use and I'm able to find and utilize tools with ease. I particularly love the integration to tag content so that I can easily see how different pieces of content are performing. The support team has been amazing and very friendly. We have a large network of account at my workplace and Sprout consistently performs well across the board!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to think of a complaint for Sprout Social. If anything, there are some limitations on the posting feature that you don't experience in-app (ex: the number of photos you can post on IG, etc.). The AI assist has occasionally been unable to help me write accessible text, but it is normally pretty consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves me a lot of time. Because the platform is so intuitive, I can easily move between accounts and between metrics to both find and compare performance. I also love that I can post to all my social accounts in one draft, while editing each post for the specific platform. I'm no longer having to go back and forth. It keeps my work streamlined.

I like how easy and user-friendly Sprout Social is. It’s simple to navigate, and everything is organized in a way that makes managing social media feel straightforward and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like after you have the post created, such as I get it approved, you can't go back and make any edits, you have to start over which is not efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the challenge of managing multiple social platforms by bringing everything into one place, scheduling, messages, and analytics. It saves me time, keeps things organized, and makes it easier to track performance so I can refine my content strategy and improve what I post.
User-Friendly Platform with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social media client management. I like that you can see things laid out very clearly, and it is also very user-friendly. The initial setup was pretty easy, and it helps me solve day-to-day manual posting, also helping with client reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could schedule my reels in confidence to the platform, I'm still manually posting those. I wish it allowed up to the full number of collaborators. IG allows 5, Sprout only does 3. I wish the reports could look more glossy and put together.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the social listening feature because it helps us understand what people are saying across the globe. It gives us really deep insights into what people are doing and where. The feature also helps us understand what people are saying about our brand across the world, good and bad, and we use that feedback to improve our products. We also use it to identify potential fraud and other risks around the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to add, but I do wish it had multimedia coverage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule and publish content globally in different time zones. It helps us track and respond to what people are saying about our brand and use feedback to improve our products and identify potential fraud risks worldwide.
Simplified Social Media Management, Needs Better AI
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social for its simplicity. It's a simple tool to use and set up. The platform is constantly implementing new functions and features, which keeps us interested and makes sure we continue to use it. I also appreciate how it helps us deliver great social posts to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the involvement of AI needs to improve. As we run multiple pages across similar industries, it would make sense for the platform to recommend posting times based on the various pages, for instance, as opposed to a blanket, this is the best time for all of your pages, which we know isn't the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social gives us an all-in-one solution, enabling us to monitor multiple pages with just a few clicks in real time, saving us the hassle of moving between pages and platforms.
All-In-One Social Media Management Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that everything I need to do for our clients is all in one platform with Sprout Social. I can share certain things publicly for client review, which makes it easier to provide access to content and reports. They are quick to respond to support tickets and I love how they're always transparent about what's down the pipeline. I also love having Bitly incorporated for shortening links, as it's much easier than manually shortening them.
What do you dislike about the product?
With bulk tagging, they added a 'confirmation' pop up, and I wish that could be toggled off and on. I get why it was added, but it was much quicker when it was off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social consolidates everything I need for clients in one platform, allows easy public sharing of content and reports, and has quick, transparent support. The Bitly integration makes link shortening much easier compared to platforms without it.

How many tabs and options there are, wish I could also put a pin in my history and pick up where I left off.

Efficient Social Media Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Sprout Social is easy to use and has a clean, simple interface. I enjoy the convenience of scheduling posts and being able to count on them going up on time. Sprout makes workflow at work really easy, and my manager can approve my posts with ease, which is great for our company structure. I also like the convenience of Sprout and how visual the different reporting features are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think on Sprout, what doesn't really work for me, there's a couple of things. The first thing is that I cannot post stories on Instagram and Facebook. I think only Instagram can have stories posted right now, which is really annoying because Meta connects both Instagram and Facebook. The other thing regarding stories is that you can't add links to stories. And we do that all the time for a call to action, to increase our engagement, ticket sales, and product sales. So, not being able to add links onto stories is really frustrating. I also find that sometimes my manager doesn't receive some of the notifications that I've uploaded a post into Sprout. Emails sometimes go into her spam. So maybe refining that process would make approvals a lot easier. Another frustrating thing is that you can only add up to three collaborators, but Instagram allows you to add up to five. It'd be great to add up to five collaborators on our post. Not being able to add five collaborators, not being able to add links on stories, not being able to add stories to Facebook, and emails going to the spam inbox are issues I have using the platform.

Sprout Social makes scheduling posts easy, saving us from manual posting and logging into client accounts. It offers detailed reporting and data, better than Meta, with easy date toggling. The workflow approval system is smooth, enhancing our work efficiency.
