Great for scheduling social media posts, very easy to use

Sprout Social is the way to go!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule posts to go on my business pages all in one dashboard. I don't need to wait till the day of- I can just input it into the dashboard, select date, and time...and I'm done! Another great feature is that you can view how the post will look like prior to it going live. I love using the AI component as well to generate variations of copy for me to use.

Lastly, I love the analytics and reporting that I can just export to learn what's working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently really enjoy Sprout Social and don't have anything negative to say about the platform. Everyone I've worked with has been very helpful and knowledgeable in the space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this platform for content marketing across our Social Media platforms, reporting, analytics, social listening, social monitoring, competitor analysis, employee advocacy and more.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can program and send out tweets. I also, love the queue feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't feel like it flows. Needs to be more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media monitoring. Still not satisfied.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend purchasing the Meltwater version they partnered with Sprout to create.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of scheduling posts, one streamlined content feed, the look and feel of the platform - all points that make Sprout much better than comparable products like HootSuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be a little more comprehensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to easily manage all of our social profiles in one place - can quickly schedule multiple posts (even of the same copy).

Significantly cuts down on the time it takes to manage social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
- Don't pay for more seats than you need.
- Training can take awhile and is usually unnecessary. If you need to learn something you can probably figure it out yourself instead of having to sit through a long phone call of their support team explaining every little detail. The platform is so easy to use that you dont need it.

What do you like best about the product?
My absolute favorite part of this tool is how incredibly easy it is to use! Not only is the UI sleek and visually appealing, but it's easy to see when something is scheduled to be promoted and what has already been promoted. Also, it's great how you can link so many different social media accounts to one program.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. I am waiting for them to add a functionality with Instagram, but overall the product is pretty flawless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With multiple people working on difference facets of social media promotion, this tool easily allows our team to work on and manage various social media platforms with east. Not only are you able to cross-reference work with your colleagues, but it's all easy maneuver.

Use this tool! It's as simple as that.

Sprout Does it All and Makes Social Media Management for an Individual or Business Easy

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it so easy to add profiles that you can manage multiple clients, even hundreds of them, at a time. It is easy to follow an editorial calendar because you can write and add posts as far out as you want to go. So, if you have a large chunk of time, you can write posts for a quarter and add them all to Sprout and schedule them out in one day. It saves so much time! Integrated photos and links is easy and the links are automatically shortened. You can connect all of your major social profiles so you hit all of your audiences at once. The analytics and information given will help you understand how to tailor your posts for all of your readers and possible leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, connect a Google Plus profile can be tricky because you have to log into your clients' G+ profile, then accept the terms of Sprout, but otherwise, the integration is super easy. There haven't been many times where I wished Sprout did something else because it already does everything I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing Sprout to follow our editorial calendar to a T. We post to multiple social profiles, while keeping out posts fresh and individualized. We follow our users and create patterns to understand who to write for and when. We have seen improvements in social followers, shares, and likes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Encourage all of your clients to use Sprout. It is easy to use and helps facilitate social media engagement from those that don't usually partake.

Sprout Social is a Social Media Marketer's Best Friend

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is hands down the best platform I've used for scheduling, publishing, and monitoring social media content. My favorite aspect is that when scheduling content, I am able to see on a digital calendar which days I've already scheduled posts for (via a small green dot). This may sound like a minor feature, but it's extremely handy when trying to create content for every day of the week. We've had issues with other similar platforms having glitches, but so far, I've had no issues with Sprout. Monitoring is a breeze, and I can easily check (or uncheck) which social networks I want to see responses and messages from. We also have keywords entered into the system, therefore we can monitor what users are saying about us across the full spectrum of social media networks. The social analytic reports are helpful, and I no longer have to enter analytics into a spreadsheet by hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that comes to mind. I've been pleased with all aspects of Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With other similar platforms, we've had issues of "double posting" because of their layouts. I don't believe we have had that happen once since using Sprout. One of the major benefits is just constantly being aware of what everyone is saying about us. I'm constantly refreshing the "messages" stream throughout the workday, so I can stay aware of public opinion. Essentially, Sprout has made it easier to not "miss" any important criticisms or praises from the public.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout is a great necessity for those looking to stay on top of their social media "game." I would definitely recommend sprout to all businesses who want to be a step ahead in the social media sphere.

Saves immense amount of time by combining most social media into one interface

What do you like best about the product?
My job is a thousand times easier because of Sprout's ability to schedule posts across social media accounts, in advance, and to see notifications, mentions, and messages in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like better integration with Instagram, including the ability to actually make and schedule Instagram posts through Sprout as I am able for the other social media accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves us incredible amounts of time, and makes it much easier to plan social media strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
It's SUPER easy to schedule out on there and I love that you can have multiple accounts for each social channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like the reporting features. In my opinion, their reporting is extremely inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's super easy to schedule out as well as see when people are "speaking" to you. I also love that if multiple people are using the sprout accounts, you can see when someone else answered so you don't do it twice! It definitely makes it easier.
