Effortless Social Media Management with an Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been an incredible tool for organizing and scheduling our social media content. The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes managing multiple accounts effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, it can take some time to fully learn all of its features and reporting tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout’s new “first comment” scheduling feature lets us add and schedule the first comment—like hashtags or disclaimers—at the same time as the main post. This eliminated the hassle of manually adding comments after publishing and ensures everything goes live seamlessly. It’s saved us time, improved consistency, and keeps our posts cleaner and more organized.
Robust Reporting and Seamless Account Switching Make It Stand Out
What do you like best about the product?
Robust reporting, ease of switching between accounts, Mobile Publisher option.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's frustrating not being able to post a mix of image + video Carousels, or scheduling a Story is only available for Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've tried several other social media management tools (Hootsuite, Planoly, etc.) and Sprout Social is the best tool I've encountered.
Great Social Posting Tool with Minor Platform Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the integration with Canva, which makes turning graphics into social media posts fairly seamless. I also like that you are able to schedule social media content out further than you can with Meta Suite, which limits scheduling to within a month of the current date.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some odd limitations, for example, you can't post to a Facebook story, but you can post to an Instagram story. Another example would be that while you can import still images directly from Canva, you cannot directly import items with simple animations or sounds which qualify as videos. I also don't like that our Instagram account will automatically disconnect from Sprout at fixed periods, and while Sprout will tell you that the Instagram account will need to be reverified, the notification is extremely easy to miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social enables us to manage, organize and schedule most of our day-to-day social media content in one place which is incredibly helpful. I also really appreciate the weekly reports it generates which shows critical data like the number of interactions or followers gained/lost over the previous week. This data is incredibly valuable, though it can be somewhat of a challenge to extrapolate a coherent strategy from it.
Efficient Social Media Management, Needs Better Support
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love using Sprout Social because it tremendously simplifies my work managing social media for 10 hotel properties. The bulk import feature is indispensable for me as it enables me to quickly and efficiently schedule many posts, which is invaluable given the large volume of posts required for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Crafting an entire month's content in an Excel document and uploading it with just a button press is incredibly efficient, saving me a lot of time. This feature supports my need to post three times per week on Facebook and Instagram and once a week on LinkedIn, making it a vital tool in handling many posts each month. Even though I do not frequently use the image upload feature due to the additional step of publicly linking images, having organized photo folders simplifies the scheduling process. I appreciate how Sprout Social has consistently supported my professional career over the years, with its reliable and solid performance making it a go-to tool for managing social media across different sectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the support team is very slow to respond and there is a lack of direct account support. Even with an enterprise account, not having a direct account representative makes it difficult to manage issues swiftly for my large portfolio of hotels. Additionally, the initial setup was not easy and took a considerable amount of time due to the need to import a significant number of accounts from various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to efficiently schedule posts, manage community interactions, and report on both paid and organic media, all within one system for my 10 hotel properties.
Centralizes Social Media Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social because it provides a centralized platform where I can have all our different social media accounts in one place. This feature offers easy access to all direct messages, making the process of responding to them much more efficient and manageable, especially considering the number of platforms we handle. The initial training was easy and straightforward, which helped in quickly acclimatizing to the software, and I find it instinctive to use. These attributes significantly enhance our workflow, saving time and reducing the complexity involved in managing multiple social media channels separately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to answer TikTok DMs using Sprout Social. Additionally, I wish there was a designated area for internal notes to better organize our communication and team thoughts. Another feature that could greatly enhance my experience is a follow-up feature that marks messages as completed after responding and allows prompt follow-ups if and when a reply is received again.

I use Sprout Social to manage different social platforms in one place, offering easy access to all DMs, which simplifies communication for my job.
Effortless Scheduling and Reporting Across Multiple Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social offers simplicity in scheduling posts. It includes a wide variety of platforms and it makes reporting easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike Sprout Social. We use it regularly. If there could be a place in improve - perhaps more integration with AI?

We can upload a week of posts at one time. This saves time and energy throughout the week.

Inability to create visually within it, rarely use it for Instagram ad I have to go there to create anyway

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprout Social for its ease of use, which is the primary reason I have been a loyal user for over twelve years. The platform's user-friendly design makes managing community interactions and scheduling posts straightforward and efficient. I also find the analytics feature invaluable for assessing our social media performance. Sprout Social consolidates all of my social media marketing efforts into one platform, allowing me to manage several accounts simultaneously with ease. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and this overall user-friendliness is a significant factor that encouraged me to switch from Hootsuite. The platform's ability to simplify complex tasks and provide an intuitive experience continues to drive my long-term satisfaction with Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main areas of improvement for Sprout Social are limited by the APIs from the specific social media platforms, which restrict certain capabilities that Sprout Social cannot implement in their programs.

I use Sprout Social to consolidate my social media efforts, manage multiple accounts easily, and for community management, scheduling posts, and analytics.

For the cost, I think the AI features could be much better.

Effortless Multi-Account Posting Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy posting to multiple accounts and platforms all at one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot to dislike, we have really been pretty happy with the software all around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had team members posting things that weren't fully approved and didn't represent our business well so we got this software so that we could have a bit more control over posts and what went out. I love that it allows us to have multiple people authorize posts and verify that content is correct.
