The initial setup of Sprout Social is very straightforward, saving time and resources. I find it limiting that there are no self-service options for adding new users and seats.

It needs to offer a wider array of deliverables and provide robust monitoring and tracking capabilities. Additionally, I miss having influencer-specific benchmarks and the ability to analyze results against these benchmarks effectively.

Sprout Social helps me track and report influencer content easily with a user-friendly interface and allows viewing of total post metrics, views, and engagements.

I find myself going directly to the social media platforms to post. For example, for Instagram, I open the app on my phone instead of posting from Sprout Social. I think this is maybe just personal preference, but I feel like posting from Sprout Social could be more streamlined and similar to the apps.

I use Sprout Social to simplify report generation, especially for partnerships, providing precise control over timelines and metrics. It speeds up reporting significantly compared to manual processes, although posting directly to social media could be more streamlined.

The interface is very easy to use in my day-to-day work. I use Sprout every day to post content to a variety of social media platforms. It's also been a simple tool to integrate and implement among my team of social media producers.

There are so many features it sometimes becomes hard to sift through. However, that's just me speaking personally!

Time management is the biggest problem-solver of Sprout. We have large amounts of content to post on social media each day, so Sprout makes that process much easier -- especially in a crunch!

Compared to other systems I have used, I find Sprout to be really easy to use with robust features that are easy to understand. I particularly like the AI assistance and the ability schedule in advance.

Expense compared to other solutions. But features and ease of use are superior.

Resource and time management with its robust scheduling. Assistance with generating ideas from links and previous top posts is also a big help.
