What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very easily to use and we can capable of multifaceted analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where reports cannot be created in Japanese.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even without knowledge of social media, posts can be made easily.
Excellent for Multi-Brand Social Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social media management of multi-brand channels. I like that I can check all of the channels, create cases, and track progress from each one of my peers. I really appreciate the programming calendar feature, as it displays all of the content for multiple platforms clearly, so I don't make programming mistakes. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the support team keeps us all looped into any changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would improve the dashboard for seeing social media threads, it can be confusing to identify whether the posts are individual or linked to each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to manage multi-brand channels, track progress, and avoid programming mistakes with its programming calendar, which clearly displays all content for multiple platforms.
Effortless Post Tracking, Highly Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout Social makes it easy to look up tags and find old posts, especially when I am making recaps and decks of post successes. It's also helpful to track how successful posts are and track tags for specific posts. The initial setup was very easy, and I appreciate that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to like when Sprout Social had an endless scroll. When it switched to only 25 posts per page in the reports section it made it harder to sift through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us track post performance and tags, making it easy to find old posts. This is very useful when creating recaps and decks of post success.
Sprout’s Calendar View Makes Scheduling and Publishing Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout’s calendar view. It makes it easy to see what we have scheduled at a glance and quickly spot any gaps. I also really appreciate how simple it is to draft and publish a post across our social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting in Sprout is fairly difficult when I’m trying to find engagement for specific days. It’s helpful for looking at a post’s engagement over time, but when I need the numbers for a particular day, it feels almost impossible to track them down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving the technical and low-level tasks associated with social. It is helpful with administrative tasks and monitoring.
Great Reports & Story Scheduling, But Carousel and 10-Post Cap Lag Behind
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reports dashboard and the ability to schedule Instagram Stories. Overall, those two features make it easier for me to stay organized and keep my content planning on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took too long for Sprout to implement multi-media carousels. I also don’t like that Instagram posts are capped at 10 slides, especially since Instagram has supported 20 slides natively for about a year.

It offers post scheduling, higher-level analytics, reporting tools, and tags to help organize content.
Effortless Social Media Management Across 100+ Brands
What do you like best about the product?
We are a large radio and multi media company with over 100 brands. We use Sprout Social to post, moderate and share across all those brands. One of the key things that made us switch to sprout was the ability to add first comments and share content across multiple accounts, making it easy to replicate across multiple domains and regions and saving production time. The feature to post videos across various platforms by writing one tweet is really helpful. I also appreciate the ability to roll up dozens of accounts into one cross-platform report. The initial setup was simple and easy, allowing us to get up and running in four weeks. We are using Sprout 7 days a week to post across 100 brands, so we are posting 1000s of times a week with nearly 100 percent success.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still working out some feature like the RSS integration. We are looking to ingest an RSS feed but syndicate it aros multiple domains. Support has been a huge help in setting up these feaetures and getting them online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows us to post a video across many accounts, automate first comments to save production time, and consolidate multiple accounts into one report, enhancing efficiency and ease in handling over 100 brands. Our previous vendor did not allow us to post the same video to multiple accountss.
Streamlined Social Media Management, Needs Better Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Sprout Social makes it to schedule content and manage everything from one organized dashboard. It helps me to stay organized and save a lot of time. The initial setup for reports was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing that could be improved is the connectors to Power BI & Tableau tools.

I use Sprout Social to manage Social Media Listening reports. It helps me stay organized and save time.
Transformative Tool for Social Media Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to categorize guest feedback, which helps me address potentially risky concerns quickly and provide prompt responses. I love the social listening feature that ties data to social media; it's incredibly valuable and unique. I use the tag report to view posts specific to certain topics or product releases and report on that data to executive teams. The upcoming AI adaptations like Trellis make reporting on social media even more accessible and valuable. The initial setup was very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe building out the reporting features to show KPIs in an Excel or easy-to-present format to report on progress.

I use Sprout Social for categorizing guest feedback, quickly addressing risky concerns, and providing prompt responses. The social listening feature ties data to social media, making it invaluable for reporting and enhancing accessibility with AI adaptations.
Powerful Posting Tool with Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Sprout Social offers guided posting, which helps reduce errors. I also appreciate the speed of use as it is quick to make a post and have someone review it to ensure accuracy. Getting a login was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be a better flow for ease of use. It's great once you understand how to make a post, but getting there takes a little bit. Figuring out how to navigate it is not easy.

Sprout Social allows guided posting to reduce errors and is quick to make a post and have it reviewed for accuracy, which is valuable for my team.
Effective All-in-One Social Media Tool with Great Reporting and Support
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been a very effective all-in-one tool for our company's social media needs. Between queueing up posts across all platforms, reporting, and their customer support, we've had an enjoyable experience with them over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their are two things that I think they can improved upon. Firstly, their API integrations with our social pages can get disconnected more than a number of times. It's usually a quick fix, but I hope there is a way that it can disconnect less frequently. Secondly, I would like to see some custom reporting features across all plans they offer. My company currently has a Custom Advanced plan that we pay a decent amount for, but we're not able to customize our reporting in a meaningful way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been amazing for providing a large amount of data that we can use to understand how our social media pages are performing. On top of that, with how small of team we operate with, the Publishing features have made it much easier on us for getting content posted with no problems.
