All-in-One Reporting Made Easy, But X Data Can Lag

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of having all of the features of a lot of different reporting tools in one place. The fact that I don't have to switch apps to see post and profile performance across IG, TT and X is a major time saver. The UX design is also strong, meaning I can screenshot directly from the website for my presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the numbers from X are unreliable, and need to be checked manually each time. There have been multiple instances of delays pulling through the correct impressions and engagements despite the post being over a day old. This is a major time drain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to cut down on the amount of time I take scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sprout Social's reporting feature, which has been very beneficial for me. It allows me to gain insights and effectively analyze social media performance. I also like the feature that enables me to leave notes on social posts, which adds an extra layer of organization and communication to my workflow. These functionalities enhance my ability to run social media sites efficiently and make data-driven decisions. The fact that these features are already addressing my key needs makes Sprout Social a valuable tool in my social media management toolkit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Sprout Social a bit challenging due to the vast number of features it offers. While I wanted to learn how to use as much as I could, the comprehensive feature set was initially overwhelming. Also, I feel there could be more clarity on what all the capabilities are, which would significantly enhance the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for social media reporting and note-taking on posts, benefiting from organized insights and enhanced communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one spot--analytics, scheduling, all the platforms you want to post to, and more. It's also very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't come across any downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can post to all platforms from one spot and schedule out posts so I can do my work in batches instead of day by day, post by post.

What do you dislike about the product?
For UTM purposes, I have to post the same image and caption 3 separate times for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta. It's time consuming. I wish I could just post them at the same time and the UTMs would be separate for the platforms

I think icon layouts and options on the side bar can be refined to be more easily found.

I dislike the limited integrations with LinkedIn though this is more so a LinkedIn limitation.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes is easy to keep our small team of 4 in sync and on point with our social media posts and growth strategies. Gaining approvals is easy especially when working remote. I love the built in reports to track what's working best so I can replicate those efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd rather comment on directly in the platform rather than through Sprout. Feels more authentic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives our team the analysis to show the value of our work. It helps us track progress and growth.

Excellent Scheduling for Multiple Clients and Easy To Use, But Pricey and Occasional Account Issues

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool for multiple clients is a dream. It's easy to use and has a ton of features that the Meta Business Suite doesn't have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. It is a bit more expensive than other brands. Additionally, sometimes accounts get disconnected and we have to reconnect them which can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple clients and multiple people managing those clients. It helps our team stay connected to what's going on, and allows for us to jump in at any given time, even if we aren't the primary Account Manager for the client.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Sprout to schedule my posts. It makes tracking social media comments, likes, and other interactions much easier. The customer support team has also been extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback is that the sheer number of features can sometimes feel overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems it addresses is content scheduling and consistency across platforms. With Sprout, I can plan and publish posts seamlessly, which is especially helpful when managing leadership social content or coordinating with global partners.
It also solves the issue of tracking performance and engagement. The analytics are clear and customizable, making it easy to report on what’s working and where we can improve—whether it’s for internal updates or strategic planning.
