Effortless Social Media Management—Absolutely Love It!

I only work part-time so Sprout Social allows me to schedule posts to make it look like I work 24/7
All-in-One Platform with Great Insights, Needs More Customization
What do you like best about the product?
Accesibility. Everything you need is in one platform and is easy to find. The publishing and metrics tracking are insightful, detailed and so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customization for the reporting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our labor problem. Utilizing Sprout Social makes social management much easier, resulting in less time spend managing our clients accounts. It also provides a full picture of results, so I don't have to tap into all my logins to see metrics.
Powerful Analytics, But Pricey for Small Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the analytics features. With Sprout, I can quickly access valuable and relevant data that helps guide my content strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a significant concern. As a small business owner, I find it difficult to justify the cost of Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has made it incredibly easy for me to schedule content for several clients on different platforms. It saves me a significant amount of time!
All-in-One Management, But Reporting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It combines scheduling, reporting, community building and and competitor analysis all in one tool, making it the go-to platform for my team to use daily to manage multiple clients accounts and collaborate efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature is one of our most used tools, however it is constantly struggling to remain updated with platform APIs, and reporting inconsistencies become difficult and time consuming to manage. The customer support team is very responsive, but does not seem to understand the use of their reporting tools, or best practice to pull simple, agency social reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an agency we monitor 10+ clients at all times, each with 3-6 unique social accounts. Sprout merges all of those independent platforms into on destination to manage, which makes managing and flicking between clients much easier.
With so many different platforms and APIs being combined, Sprout also provides a "universal" way of reporting social media analytics to clients, however, this feature still needs work as it struggles to adapt to API changes, and often misses holes in data. Sprout really needs to implement a universal best practice guide to reporting based on their tools.

Comprehensive Platform with Excellent Scheduling and Integration Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the social scheduling tool and the reviews platform. We have integrated it with Tableau and love that feature. We also are working on integrating the AI features more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything specifically I dislike! I think it's a very comprehensive platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to standardize our reviews procedure with our operations team and schedule out all our content far in advance. I love being able to see all the content at once too, instead of having to rely on the apps themselves.
Reporting Made Easy, But Ad Insights Limited on Some Plans
What do you like best about the product?
The post performance reporting is much easier to navigate than insights pages on some of the social platforms themselves. And it's all in one place!

The paid ad insights are not available in some plans.

The insights provided through Sprout Social summarize comments and engagment metrics better than individual platforms alone. This makes reporting a lot simpler, and more cohesive to share with my clients.

The need to have influencers opt back in periodically.

Allows one catch-all for collecting content while tallying analytics and KPIs seamlessly and easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate how user-friendly Sprout Social is, allowing me to navigate and utilize its features with minimal training. The software's layout, including logical button and icon placement, ensures an intuitive experience. I'm particularly impressed by its ability to streamline social media activities such as scheduling posts in advance and sharing drafts with clients for their approval before they go live. The functionality that allows me to manage and respond to comments and messages from various platforms all at once is invaluable, ensuring efficient community engagement without missing customer interactions. I find the AI response feature for comments and messages to be a significant asset, as it tailors the tone to suit each situation. Additionally, the reporting capabilities of Sprout Social stand out. I love that it consolidates data across platforms into a beautifully readable format, making client communication and reporting seamless. Essentially, it saves me considerable time and effort by consolidating all my needs into one efficient tool, making manual posting for numerous clients and platforms a thing of the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for drafted posts to have a toggle schedule now/stay drafted button without having to open the editing screen again when you're viewing in the publishing calendar.

I find Sprout Social streamlines scheduling and managing social posts, enhances client collaboration with approvals and reports, and centralizes engagement across platforms. It saves time in handling multiple accounts and provides AI-assisted responses for better communication.
Great Campaign Features, But Data Glitches and Support Changes Disappoint
What do you like best about the product?
Cross campaign summaries, report builders, and now that we can see insights into posts without the creator connecting
What do you dislike about the product?
High frequency of data glitches and bugs, customer success managers are no longer our main point of contact, issues with our partners connecting to the software, and the discovery tool is not as accurate as before the merger

Mostly seeing metrics for our partners post and campaign metrics
Great for Team Collaboration, But Account Disconnects Are Frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use with other teams. I can have our customer service team respond to DMs while our social manager is scheduling posts.

Our accounts seem to disconnect frequently
