What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social incredibly intuitive and easy to use, which greatly enhances my efficiency when scheduling social media posts and engaging with fans. I love how it centralizes all social profiles in one platform, making them easily viewable and trackable without switching between different tools. Another feature I appreciate is its ability to tailor content specifically for different platforms, which ensures that our messaging is both effective and relevant to each audience. The initial setup was straightforward, which was a relief and allowed us to hit the ground running quickly. Additionally, Sprout Social offers more features and robust analytics compared to our previous product, giving us deeper insights into our social media performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The smart inbox has some limitations and can be clunky.

I use Sprout Social to easily manage all social profiles in one platform, schedule posts, engage with fans, and review analytics, which streamlines my social media processes.

Integrated nature of having all features needed for managing a social channel within one platform from analytics to community management to publishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The base plan increasingly has less usability with new features not included and constant emails from sales associates to add more features at a higher cost without demonstrating value
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is that it's a one-stop shop for everything. I oversee a team doing social and I like I can keep an eye on everything from one area.
Excellent Platform for Discovering Canadian Influencers

I appreciate how many Canadian influencers are featured on the platform, and I like that you can continue to add more influencers as you go.

The lack of features other than finding social media creators (ex: creative analysis, etc.)

I love the ease of the Sprout Social interface, which is really easy to navigate. This intuitive design significantly enhances my experience by simplifying the management of influencer programs. Additionally, I find the Signals feature incredibly valuable. It aids me tremendously in discovering new creators across diverse industry segments, making the tool indispensable for compiling casting, creator discovery, and the creation of insightful reports and decks. The simplicity in setting up Sprout Social was a standout aspect for me, as it was very easy, ensuring a hassle-free start. Overall, these features make Sprout Social a crucial tool in my professional toolkit.

I wish more metrics were automatically pulled in.

I find Sprout Social incredibly valuable for managing all my social media channels, and it notably simplifies my workflow by making the approval process easy and seamless. I appreciate how easy and intuitive it is to use, which is especially beneficial for my nonprofit organization, as we have limited time and capacity; we don't spend a lot of time on training because of its intuitive interface. The frequent updates enhance its functionality and ensure that we are always utilizing the most recent features without difficulties. The calendar, integration, and analytics features work exceptionally well, offering robust insights and seamless connectivity across various aspects of social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the pop-up ads in Sprout Social because they block the content I'm trying to create. They're irrelevant to my work and disrupt my workflow.

Sometimes the search tools don't find enough creators, or the tools aren't accurate when searching for locations, etc.

Narrowing down influencer search by applying filters. Helps me find the right creators for niche campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for handling all my clients' content publishing at my marketing agency. I love how Sprout Social simplifies my workflow by managing all client logins, which spares me the hassle of emailing clients for two-factor authentication notifications, making my life so much easier. The software is well-organized and saves me a significant amount of time, at least two to three times the time I would otherwise spend switching between different platforms. This massive efficiency gain allows me to allocate my time more effectively across other tasks. Additionally, I appreciate the ease with which I can customize posts for different platforms, all within a single interface. This customization feature is incredibly useful because it accommodates the unique requirements and idiosyncrasies of each platform, making it a super helpful tool for my agency's operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if I was able to edit published posts directly on the platform, it would be a great feature. I'm not sure if that's even feasible, but it would enhance my workflow significantly.
