Worth the Cost: Stellar Scheduling and Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprout Social for its cross-scheduling abilities, which save me a tremendous amount of time by enabling me to schedule posts across multiple platforms, such as X, Facebook, and Threads, simultaneously. The inclusion of a duplicate feature and an in-app 'preview' further enhances my efficiency and editing capabilities. Moreover, the use of emojis in scheduling offers a personal and engaging touch to my posts. The platform's custom analytics are highly valuable, providing insightful data that accommodate the nuanced analytics needs of each platform I manage. This has been incredibly beneficial for capturing the unique performance metrics of different social media platforms all within the same interface. Overall, Sprout Social's comprehensive set of features makes it superior to other tools I have used previously, like Hootsuite and Buffer, and justifies its cost in terms of the value and time savings it provides. It has been an essential tool in my toolkit since 2018.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss having the Inbox feature for manually responding to every follower gained on X and driving them to the website. I understand this was due to an API change from X and not an issue with Sprout Social itself. Additionally, the pricing is a bit high, which might be a concern for some users, although I find it worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to automate content scheduling across multiple platforms, saving significant time and providing comprehensive analytics, which enhances my social media management efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I most like the ease of scheduling posts and integrating them across multiple platforms. The scheduling calendar makes it easy to see what is in the works, and also copying past posts for reposts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced anything other than wonderful things about Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Originally, we were visiting each social media platform separately and creating the same post on each. Sprout Social saves us time by doing all the legwork for us. One and done!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Sprout Social makes it to handle everything in one place. Scheduling posts, checking messages, and tracking performance all feel super organized and smooth. The analytics are clear and actually useful, which helps a lot when I need to report results. I also love how simple it is to collaborate with my team — it keeps everyone on the same page without endless back-and-forths.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s honestly a great tool, but it can get a bit pricey, especially for smaller teams. Some of the reports take a while to load, and I wish there were more options to customize the data view. The mobile app works fine, but it could be a little more flexible for editing or scheduling posts on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes managing our social media so much easier. Instead of jumping between different platforms, everything’s in one place — scheduling posts, replying to messages, and checking analytics. It saves a ton of time and helps our team stay organized and consistent. Plus, the insights we get help us understand what’s working and improve our overall strategy.

Sprout Social: Reliable, Intuitive, and Essential for Agencies

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Sprout Social for over 15 years, starting when I worked at a social media agency and continuing through the past decade running my own. It’s been one of the most reliable and intuitive platforms I’ve used for managing multiple clients, scheduling content, and reporting on performance. The interface is clean, the customer support has always been responsive, and the reporting tools make it easy to showcase value to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The past couple of years I’ve noticed what seem like increasing discrepancies in Meta analytics data, particularly when comparing Sprout’s numbers to native platform insights. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does make campaign reporting a little more complicated. Also, I am NOT convinced that "best posting times" is accurate in any sense. It would be great to see some real data to back that up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for scheduling posts across multiple platforms, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments efficiently. The Instagram tools are especially helpful, as I rely on the grid view to plan cohesive feeds and the link-in-bio feature to drive traffic directly to key content. Having all of this organized within a single dashboard saves me hours each week and gives me a clear, consistent view of performance across accounts.

Convenient All-in-One Tools, But Connectivity Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I love the report builder, one-sheet builder, and creator search option. Having all of the elements in one place is convenient from a usability standpoint. From an agency standpoint, it's nice having a CX associate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Several athletes we work with experience connectivity issues. I would appreciate an option to connect Meta products individually. For instance, one athlete had her Facebook account hacked years ago. Although she no longer uses Facebook, her account still cannot link to Sprout Social, even though we do not need to use Facebook itself. Manually entering stats, where permitted, is a tedious and time-consuming process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing campaign activations and having credible stats and metrics to take to clients is a huge win in the boutique marketing space we occupy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule content with Sprout Social. The scheduling tool is especially helpful in identifying the optimum times for posting, which significantly enhances engagement with our audience. I appreciate the ability to refine social listening as reports are created, as this keeps us ahead of any potential issues that might arise with our accounts. Additionally, I find the quality of analytics provided for the platforms we monitor to be exceptional. These analytics allow us to make informed decisions and refine our content strategies effectively. Sprout Social's tools save time, allowing our team to focus more on creating valuable content. The platform is user-friendly, and the initial setup was very simple. The responsive customer support team was readily available to address any questions we had, ensuring that we were able to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

I would like to see pop-up ads go somewhere different than on my main screen. It’s a bit annoying.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the layout and the ease of using the system. I've been using Sprout Social for at least a decade via numerous clients. It's always been my go-to scheduler.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like getting notifications that a post failed when it actually went through.

I wish you could type in the time you want to schedule a post instead of having to scroll to find the exact time.

When I schedule posts on numerous platforms at once, they sometimes are scheduled as different posts. Then if I have to make an edit, I have to make the edit numerous times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule my posts and not have to worry about them during the weekday and on weekends.

I love having the mobile app so I can make edits on the go.

It makes my monthly reporting simple. I don't have to go into numerous platforms to get my analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the report dashboard in Sprout Social, as it allows me to analyze daily data and conduct month-to-month comparisons. This feature provides significant insight into which posts are performing well and those that aren't as successful, which helps in refining our social media strategy effectively. I find it extremely valuable for distinguishing the variables that contribute to monthly changes, which is crucial for making informed decisions in social media marketing. Additionally, I am impressed by the informative webinars and blog articles that Sprout Social offers, which highlight its commitment to user education and support. Moreover, the ease with which we were able to set up Sprout Social was a pleasant surprise, as it facilitated a smooth transition from the product we used previously. Overall, the functionality of Sprout Social better meets our specific needs, particularly in terms of reporting, compared to other products we have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the current calendar view in Sprout Social. The visual appearance when switching between the weekly and monthly views is not as effective as I would like. I find it challenging because there is no option available to display multiple weeks at a time instead of the entire month, which would give me more flexibility in planning and reviewing our content schedule.

I use Sprout Social to save time scheduling posts and reviewing monthly reports, with its report dashboard offering daily data analysis for better post performance evaluation.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social makes social media content sharing easy and centralized. It allows me to plan and post content from one location and keep track of metrics. My accounts have become more strategic and effective from using Sprout!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to share videos on Sprout and I find it easier to post within the app for videos and Reels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing several different platforms can feel chaotic, but Sprout keeps all the different accounts organized. I love using the duplicate feature to easily share the same content across multiple platforms all from the same screen. It also suggests the most strategic times to post which has made a huge impact on our engagement!
