What do you like best about the product?
I genuinely appreciate Sprout Social for its innovative approach and commitment to updating its features regularly. They effectively communicate these updates through newsletters and direct communication with representatives, keeping me informed about the latest advancements. The platform excels in consolidating all my social media content into one place, making scheduling posts across various platforms not only efficient but also a significant time-saver. The ability to track post performance, ensure accessibility compliance with alt-text, and manage data and content organization seamlessly enhances my productivity. Sprout Social's continuous innovations contribute enormously to my daily routine, simplifying tasks and adding substantial value by enabling me to operate more efficiently. Moreover, the ease of initial setup of Sprout Social stands out—having prior experience with other social media management tools, I found it remarkably intuitive and had no issues adapting. Overall, Sprout Social is by far the best social media management tool I’ve used, highlighted by exceptional support and service. Their robust offerings, including social listening, provide comprehensive solutions at a compelling price point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the photo dimensions for social platforms are not always updated, which can be problematic, especially with Instagram's new recommended dimensions. Additionally, the multitude of menus and customization options, while mostly beneficial, can be overwhelming for newcomers. Lastly, the frequent disconnection of Sprout profiles is frustrating, as it requires time to reconnect, even though it might not be entirely their fault if stemming from the social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to consolidate social media content, schedule posts across platforms, track post performance, ensure accessibility with alt-text, and manage social media efficiently, saving time and boosting productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I found Sprout Social particularly valuable for its easy navigation, which simplifies the otherwise complex task of managing various aspects of social media. The robust tagging system was extremely useful as it allowed us to segment content effectively based on regions, issue areas, and specific cohorts relevant to our organization. This feature enabled us to provide meaningful reports to our philanthropic and program teams, highlighting opportunities for engagement and areas requiring more attention. Additionally, the feature that flagged earned mentions was invaluable. It kept us informed about what was being said about our organization, allowing our small team to leverage earned media effectively, which is crucial for our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the Salesforce integration, which was a key factor in choosing Sprout Social, turned out to be an additional add-on feature rather than being included in the main package. This unexpected cost was a significant setback for us. Furthermore, the overall pricing of Sprout Social is expensive, and as a small nonprofit organization, we found it unjustifiable to continue investing in the platform if it does not fully meet our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social for my content moderation tasks as it makes handling content much easier and helps me keep everything organized while efficiently escalating issues when needed. The platform’s design particularly appeals to me due to its clean and organized interface. Its user-friendly nature significantly enhances my workflow by ensuring that I don’t feel overwhelmed, allowing me to navigate through my tasks effortlessly. Additionally, the simplicity of the setup was commendable; I only had to log in to get started, and although I’m not an administrator, I appreciated the smooth onboarding process. Overall, Sprout Social is intuitive and easy to navigate, making my job less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's pretty glitchy. There are times when I'm unable to use the platform altogether, or certain parts don't work, forcing me to switch to work natively.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social for its user-friendly and easy-to-navigate interface. The platform excels in planning and scheduling content efficiently, which is invaluable for my social media management tasks. The smart inbox is a standout feature, allowing me to manage community interactions effectively. Reporting functionalities are outstanding, offering insightful data that aids my decision-making processes. Additionally, the initial setup of Sprout Social was very easy, saving me time and effort. I've been using it alongside other tools like Meltwater and Canva for about four years, and my overall satisfaction with the product is reflected in my high recommendation score of 9 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm frustrated with the mobile app notifications when it comes to publishing posts. Sometimes, even when I click to copy the text, it doesn't copy, which is quite frustrating. Also, there are instances where posts fail to publish, and the app doesn't provide a reason why this happens.

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar and scheduling tool, the setup of post/platform performance data is very helpful and easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
The social listening tool was confusing to use and unhelpful, it was unable to do most of what I needed it for

I love how customized the reporting is, how we can create custom tags and campaigns to niche down to the data we are really looking for

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for over two years and love its ability to centralize social media content publishing across all platforms, as well as its robust monitoring of conversations. The sentiment measurement solution provided by Sprout Social is particularly valuable to me; it is customizable to measure sentiment relative to specific subjects within the organization, pulls in conversations from all social platforms, and helps determine whether conversations about our brand are positive or negative. Additionally, I appreciate its capability to train the model for more accurate sentiment analysis, which helps in fine-tuning the understanding of what is considered neutral, negative, or positive. The initial setup was rather simple and straightforward, which was a pleasant experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find issues with Sprout Social's handling of asset sizes. Even when I input accurate sizes, the system mistakenly registers them as incorrect. Additionally, there is a random occurrence where accounts disconnect unexpectedly, leading to some social posts failing to go live.

I use Sprout Social to publish content, monitor all platform conversations, and measure performance in one place. It enhances sentiment analysis, helping to identify brand conversation tones accurately.

The time suggestion feature for posts is particularly helpful, ensuring optimal engagement times. Additionally, I find the reporting section to be highly valuable; it is both automatic and clear, and I love how I can personalize reports to fit my specific needs. Setting up Sprout Social was a straightforward and transparent process, adding to the overall positive experience. These aspects combined make it an easy tool to recommend, as evidenced by my high likelihood of a 9 out of 10 when suggesting it to friends or colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally encounter issues when scheduling collaboration posts, as they sometimes have errors, resulting in notifications via email. Additionally, I find the limitation that collaboration posts can be sent only for Instagram to be restrictive. Adding support for TikTok collaboration posts would be a valuable enhancement.

I find Sprout Social's posting and reporting features intuitive, saving time with clear navigation and useful time suggestions. Its automatic reporting streamlines my workload, although I wish for expanded collaboration features with TikTok.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social makes it easy to see all my posts in one spot, which significantly aids in planning ahead and organization. The competitor feature in the reporting section is particularly valuable, allowing us to constantly compare our activities with those of our competitors and identify areas for improvement. It is essential for our monthly reporting because it lets us analyze audience growth and engagement rates among competitors, providing insights into their strategies when they are outperforming us. Additionally, the onboarding process was smooth, and the support team has been fantastic, making the initial setup of Sprout Social a breeze. Overall, I am highly satisfied with its functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to schedule stories on both Instagram and Facebook, and also have the capability to edit those stories directly on Sprout Social.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate about Sprout is how it helps keep our inquiries, reports, and templates well organized. This is especially valuable in our Customer Service role, where the smart inbox has consistently been a great asset for managing inquiries from various social media platforms. Additionally, Sprout has made it much easier for us to identify where cases are coming from, thanks to its auto-assigning feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my perspective, I haven't encountered any drawbacks with using Sprout. As I've mentioned before, it really helps to make our workload more manageable and keeps everything well organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, we often struggled to manage a large volume of inquiries, which made handling incoming cases and editing our responses quite challenging. Sprout's AI refinement feature and Auto-assigning cases has made a significant difference, providing valuable support and greatly improving our customer service operations.
