What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part in the Publishing aspect as I find it's really easy to upload posts and the workflow approval process is super easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the additional features that you have to pay extra for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping up plan our content calendar really efficiently and tracking our results with each post and through each platform

What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers an excellent overview of your social media schedule, making it easy to keep track of your posts. The messaging filter simplifies the process of monitoring your audience, allowing you to stay engaged with their feedback. Additionally, the listening feature is quite effective for conducting in-depth reviews of specific topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I notice that the website sometimes lags, though this could be due to a slow Wi-Fi connection or my computer not being the best.I find it also can be a bit un-intuitive as there are a lot of buttons and its somewhat unclear/hard to learn for first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The scheduling feature is straightforward and easy to use. It helps me organize my tasks efficiently and ensures that I stay on track with my commitments.

I like the scheduling and analytics tools and the ease by which you can do all those things and also organize everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you are unable to do certain things like threaded tweets, upload a custom thumbnail for TikTok.

It helps me pull data to help with business ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the long-standing relationship I've had with Sprout Social, having been with them since their beta testing phase, which has built a strong sense of loyalty and trust over time. My team also appreciates and likes their platform, indicating a general satisfaction and ease of use among my colleagues. Additionally, I find the initial setup process with Sprout Social to be particularly easy and straightforward, facilitating a smooth transition or onboarding for myself and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Sprout Social has limited features available for lower paying tiers, and accessing features related to influencer management could be made more available or useful within those tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to manage social media, eliminating the need to post directly on platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to see and reply to comments across four social channels in one place, and really useful analytics tools. It's very intuitive to use. Customer support has generally been good when I['ve used it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an issue where AI puts some of our subtitles in Welsh, even if the audio is in English. There is nothing support can do about this. I would also like to be able to bulk delete comments and more functionality on the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us be a first point of contact for patients at to share usfeul info and stories with our patients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is very user-friendly and intuitive to use. I can get team members on the platform and provide a quick crash course, and users are able to use it proficiently pretty quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be a KPI issue, but I don't like that we can't track link clicks without using the Sprout link functionality. We have our own UTM system and naming convention so we can see this on our end, but it would be nice to see social clicks with all the other data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a social media management tool when I joined the team, so I would have to go into each native platform and pull data and schedule content that way. Sprout Social gives me one place to do it all.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been by our side for the last 7 years - I appreciate how versatile the platform is for us to manage and elevate our social media!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly dont really have a ton of critical feedback on the negative side. Sprout does exactly what we need it to do for our business processes. And that's why we have been a customer for so long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us solve the problem of managing a wide variety of social channels and making sure we deliver high-quality, timely, and consistent content across each. The Smart Inbox feature is also huge for helping us keep up with our messages and get a good understanding of the pulse of our follower community.

What do you like best about the product?
The optimal times feature and the feasibility to schedule posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation on scheduling stories for both Instagram and Facebook.

Sprout is able to solve the problem of manually scheduling posts and forgetting to post them. It makes it easier to keep posting consistent.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Sprout Social is detail-oriented. It allows me to be a detailed social media manager, which is essential for my role. Additionally, the platform is very credible and provides a lot of up-to-date data, making it a reliable source for information. Another feature I appreciate is its user-friendly interface, which not only simplifies my own use but also makes training my employees significantly easier. What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Sprout Social can be limiting or repetitive at times. Specifically, the social listening tool does not pull out all the posts as much as I would like, which is something that I believe could be improved.

I use Sprout Social for scheduling, reporting, and analytics, solving chaotic studio layouts and improving detailed social media management with its user-friendly interface and detail orientation.
