Effortless Social Management with Smooth Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts, organize my content calendar for the month, and report performance. I like how easy their software is, as I never experience any lag; it is smooth and quick unlike Meta Business Suite. The AI alt text for images is extremely helpful, it saves me a bunch of time thinking of that and creates less work for me. I got the hang of it really quick, and my favorite function is the Tags to easily map out which posts are doing the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The story scheduling feature doesn't really work for me, especially for weekend posts. I have to use the mobile app reminder, which is too many steps and requires me to work during the weekend. I wish I could schedule a story within Sprout Social with a link attached. Also the inbox function is confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts, manage my content calendar, and track performance, all from one screen. It's easy to use, smooth, and quick. The AI alt text feature saves time, and tagging helps identify top-performing posts.

I like the range of features within Sprout Social that make it a strong tool for social teams across publishing, reporting, and inbox management.
What do you dislike about the product?
In reporting, I wish Sprout Social made it easier to distinguish between organic and paid social data across the different tabs. Currently, I have to export the data and collaborate with my paid social manager to identify which content is paid.

All-in-One Calendar View That Saves Time
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see the calendar view of exactly what’s scheduled to be posted, when it will go out, and where. I used to have to jump between multiple different platforms to check different calendars, but now it’s all in one easy-to-use place, which saves me a bunch of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the story capabilities, or the lack of them. I always have trouble trying to post to my Instagram story. I also can’t add music to a post, which is annoying. When I post a reel directly on Instagram, it gives me different sound options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having to juggle multiple platforms. I used to rely on Meta for some social scheduling, then LinkedIn for another, and then Google and YouTube separately. With Sprout, I can schedule and publish everything from one place, which makes the whole process much simpler.
One Place to Create and Push Ads Across Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
It is nice to have one place to create and push out ads from. Having the ability to provide access to head office to post on our behalf is good too. Continuity of ads between social media platforms is important.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface has many different parts and is over whelming initially. A video was provided to show the basics of the site so that we had an idea on how to navigate the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having our ads in one place for all platforms allows us to create one ad and push it to many different places in different formats for continuity and time efficiency.

The scheduling and reports features are the ones I used most to evaluate the impact of the posts. The scheduling posts are quick and super user-friendly.

The price might be a downside. If Sprout were for personal purposes, I would use another software because of the price.

Intuitive, Out-of-the-Box Capabilities with Powerful Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
It’s intuitive and offers so many out-of-the-box capabilities, including reporting, which is a huge benefit for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn’t say I dislike it, but right now with scheduling, if a post has already been set for a specific time, that time still shows up as an option when scheduling another post on the same day. I’d love more capability in the smart scheduling feature as well. Once a time slot has been selected, it should be removed as an option for that day so other posts can’t be scheduled into the same slot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and listening, especially with the new AI feature.
Good tool for Employee Advocacy Programs
What do you like best about the product?
I am primarily a user of Sprout Social's Advocacy tool for employee advocacy. The tool makes it easy for our employees to share content on LinkedIn and promote our events and brand. There is a direct integration with LinkedIn, so posting from Sprout Social Advocacy literally takes 30 seconds of an employee's time. The leaderboard is also a helpful motivator to encourage employees to post. It is easy to load new content into the content feed and employees get a automated weekly email with post options.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the Sprout Social Advocacy tool, there are a few quirks I don't like. As with the Sprout Social tool, tagging in posts is limited to non existent. If you need to edit the photo in a published post, you have to delete it and create a new post. And, the analytics aren't very helpful. The "earned media" metric is unrealistic. It's hard to prove the impact of employees posting on social media without looking in Google Analytics and reviewing referral traffic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social Advocacy makes it easy to create a process where employees can promote our content, events, and overall brand awareness on social media.
