Great for Research but Needs Metric Improvements

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sprout Social for its ease of use, as it is very straightforward, allowing me to navigate and utilize the platform effectively without requiring extensive training. The reporting features, particularly the trend and competitor reports, are incredibly valuable for my research, strategy development, and discussions with both prospects and current clients. I frequently rely on these reports to inform my strategies, and they enhance my communication with clients. Additionally, I like how easy it is to find creators using Sprout Social and I value the visual elements that allow me to see the content creators are producing, ensuring it aligns with my brand styles. This visual insight is crucial for evaluating potential collaborations and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am extremely frustrated by the lack of view counts provided by Sprout Social, which is a crucial metric for my clients who are more interested in views than followers. This absence complicates my ability to calculate influencer fees accurately, as views heavily impact these calculations. Additionally, the limitation to PDF exports is problematic, as my clients prefer spreadsheets to quickly add up views and share succinct stats with their teams. This limitation is a frequent issue and might lead us to consider other platforms. Furthermore, the setup process was inefficient for us as a tech-savvy agency. The training was overly step-by-step and redundant, when we simply needed to address specific questions in a single call rather than multiple sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for identifying relevant creators and conducting brand research, leveraging trend and competitor reports. It streamlines my strategy development and client communication, despite lacking view count metrics and having limited export options.

What do you like best about the product?
The cross-network performance summary is a great quick summary that you can drill down into and automated reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little pricey and it takes a bit to figure out all the features and reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Which markets we are reaching, on which platform we are reaching those markets, and how effectively we are reaching them.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to tag posts by campaign, as this feature simplifies the process of delivering targeted analytics. I also especially like the new feature that allows you to customize a post per network -- so nice to be able to see the text copy for different platforms side by side, and tag them all at once!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout had been quicker in adopting Bluesky, and I wish full analytics were available. Also, @-ing accounts in Bluesky posts is often glitchy and Sprout has trouble finding the account even when I am using the exact name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to quickly schedule posts across platforms, days ahead. This is especially beneficial when I have upcoming PTO and want to make sure our social media platforms remain active while I am away.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for over 18 months and appreciate its ability to save time by allowing me to schedule and post content simultaneously across multiple social media platforms. This feature is crucial for efficiently managing news content distribution. Moreover, I find the capability to track successful postings beneficial, as it provides valuable insights into content performance. The scheduling assistant is another prominent feature that enhances my experience by enabling me to spread content quickly and systematically. Additionally, the initial setup of Sprout Social was very easy, which facilitated a smooth transition from manually managing each social network to a more organized approach. Lastly, I value the overall operational efficiency that Sprout Social brings, which is reflected in my willingness to highly recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could post to YouTube with the option to monetize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social saves me time by scheduling posts across multiple platforms at once and helps track successful postings effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is great for the ability to publish from multiple accounts, see the schedule for the posts and then see the results and analytics all in one place.

I would recommend this to anyone who has more than 2 pages and accounts that they manage!
What do you dislike about the product?
For the price, I wish we could have multiple users in our account and I wish that there was an easy to use review process on the lower tier levels as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than logging into each individual tool and account we are able to publish social media for all of our clients from one place, we use it for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business, YouTube and more depending on the needs of each of our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that it is very user-friendly, and I think it is great how many different ways it can be used in your business, from posting, reputation management, and reporting information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the AI component; it started off great by writing some great captions for posts, and now it has changed. I don't know why it had to change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really does do most of all my work tasks. I like that I can accomplish so much in one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has everything that a social planning/listening/learning tool can possibly offer. I'd say the best feature for my work is the scheduling function, which allows easy photo/video uploading, customizing by network, streamlined teamwork and draft approval, labels for internal topics/tracking and tips for optimal post times. I literally use Sprout every single day and am always finding new features to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I am finding all the functions of Sprout to be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving an efficiency problem for me and my team. It's a huge time saver. The draft approval process is so easy, and being able to post across all platforms with consistency is key.

Another huge problem that Sprout solves is being able to catch a snapshot of our efforts, impressions and engagements to help explain the importance of social media to other departments. Seeing our reach and audience grow over the past few years of using the system has been great.

One of the standout aspects are the publishing tools, allowing for seamless scheduling, collaboration, and content planning across teams.

There is nothing I particular dislike about Sprout Social.

Sprout social allows us to post content on multiple platforms at the same time, allowing for more efficiency and faster completion. The Optimal Times feature provides data on when posts could receive the highest engagement, which has also been especially helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can see the best times to post things on the various platforms and then together. It has been super helpful. I also love the notes feature.

I dislike that it is not as connected to youtube.

We have several people that post on our socials so it is very helpful to see what everyone is scheduling as well as holidays / other things coming up via the notes.
