What do you like best about the product?
Efficient version controlling system, Directories and files can be versioned, copying, renaming and deleting are versioned. Versioning of symbolic links is possible. History of changes can be retained and multiple users are allowed to collaborate on a set of files and merge changes together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only suitable for online changes, doesn't support distributed environment. Merging is a tedious job. Disk space consumption could be huge. Problem in solving issues to related to locking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides version control for the application codes and repository to maintain them. We use branches to maintain code changes and trunk to keep the final version of the application code.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it if your organization has a centralized environment and it's the best option for centralized network
