What do you dislike about the product?
Bit of a Learning Curve: Wrapping your head around webMethods.io Integration might not be as simple as a sweet tea on a hot day. It might take a minute to get the hang of all the features and how they dance together. It's like learning a new dance – a bit tricky at first.
Not Exactly Free as a Bird: Unlike fireflies on a summer night, webMethods.io Integration ain't totally free. It might put a little dent in your wallet to use, so you gotta reckon with your budget.
Keep an Eye on Updates: Just like an old dirt road, this software needs regular upkeep. Updates can be helpful, like fixing potholes on that road, but sometimes they can slow down your ride.
Tech Hiccups and Headaches: Sometimes, technology throws us for a loop. If webMethods.io Integration hits a rough patch, it could put the brakes on your work. Imagine your favorite fishing spot suddenly drying up – not exactly a barrel of fun.
Not One Size Fits All: While webMethods.io Integration is a fine tool for connecting programs, it ain't suited for every Tom, Dick, and Harry. If you ain't juggling a bunch of computer tasks or connections, it might be like using a tractor for a little backyard garden.
Big Plans, Big Challenges: For real intricate tasks, webMethods.io Integration might find itself out of its depth. Like trying to wrangle a herd of cattle with a lasso meant for squirrels – it might struggle with hefty, complicated projects.
Safety on Your Mind: Sometimes, when programs start chit-chatting, there's worries about keeping things locked up tight. While webMethods.io Integration does its best, you might need to double-check that your info stays hush-hush.
Limits on Creativity: If you're the creative sort who likes to blaze new trails, this software might clip your wings a tad. It's like painting within the lines – great for some masterpieces, but not if you're trying to paint the whole barn.

Reliable enterprise integration
What do you like best about the product?
webmethods.io is based on proven technology and solid architectural choices. The web interface is modern and easy to use. In the future on premise and cloud will work together and expert developers will be able to use Designer, where low code or occasional users can use the web interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an integration expert I'd like to have full control over all components and logging and sometimes the clean interfaces hides information. For instance the queuing (UM) mechanism can't be accessed directly, but is configured and used as a background service. Lastly I'd like the Trading Networks (TN) interface to observe Transactions and their activities and I think it's currently easier to use than the webmethods.io end-to-end monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its short lead time to set up compared to the on premises counterpart brings it into current times and gives it a good chance at the competition. Secondly, the licensing structure is much better to sell to customers compared to the previous license structure.
Stable product releases
What do you like best about the product?
We are using a SAG on-premise solution which is super stable.
What do you dislike about the product?
For on-premise application, version changes are too frequent, which increases overall maintenance cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as an Enterpise Service Bus and this platform is supporting huge volume of transactions. This system make sure that we need not to build transaction reliability into seperate systems.
Review for SoftwareAG Webmethods Integration Product
What do you like best about the product?
Its stable, easily configurable and scalable as per demand. We can now only primarily focus on business development.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback is to have no control of Infrastructure and Software components.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been very reliable and trustworthy. All the required integrations are avaialble on one single platform.
A new way to integration
What do you like best about the product?
comparing SoftwareAG webmethods.io to its direct competitors, it is totally on another level, the experience of creating an integration flow is guided and much simpler
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually there isn't a thing i don't like, being on cloud it's a little frustating that I cannot use and have any type of governance over the virtual machines, but that's understandable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are able to send to retirement some old on premise integration system, such as SAP Process Orchestrator and be able to deploy integration flow in a faster way
Useful to expose APIs
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful function of webMethods.io is to expose services via API in a circumstance in which you don't have any API Gateway.
Exposing APIs in this way is really quick and easy, also the performances are really good.
Exposing APIs in this way is really quick and easy, also the performances are really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Writing flow services is quite complicated and it hasn't most of the functions available in the wmPub on premise package.
Also, dealing with the documentation, is not really easy to understand if it is possible to apply the publish-subscribe pattern fully on cloud and how it is possible.
Also, dealing with the documentation, is not really easy to understand if it is possible to apply the publish-subscribe pattern fully on cloud and how it is possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to expose rest services without having to de with a more complex api gateway.
Also it permits us to integrate 2 cloud touchpoints without having to reach the on-premise environment

Easy to use, powerful and reliable platform for hybrid system integration
What do you like best about the product?
The large and growing number of connectors, the ease of creating new ones and the simplicity of connecting securely with on-premises webmethods systems
What do you dislike about the product?
As long as the platform continues to work well and the connectors continue to evolve, no objections
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration between on-premises systems and cloud applications, the ability to create business APIs that internally encapsulate integration complexity, allowing technological agility in backend systems without affecting API consumers
Seamless C2C Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The things I like best are the ease of seting up new C2C Integrations and well as the tremendous number of existing adaptors to the vast majority of Cloud solutions in the market (and growing it seems!)
What do you dislike about the product?
What i find more defitient is the documentation. It´s true that the product itself is quite user friendly and intuitive but some better documentation could be produced
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an Hybrid setup so webmethods.io speeds up and eases our C2C integration needs in a fast and very intuitive way. The conection to the onprem setup is seamless and out of the box.
Webmethods Integration Server Using JMS & JDBC Adaptor
What do you like best about the product?
The latest Webmethods v10.15 is Best software AG tool used in Developing integration solutions using webMethods platform and ServiceNow ticketing tools, webMethods IS, Designer, MWS, WebServices and Flat Files
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say my dislike about Webmethods is not a user-friendly interface, and logging framework requires improvement like ODBC & JDBC Adaptors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webmethods active transfer and automation can be done to make file transfer faster.
Web-Methods
What do you like best about the product?
When we were doing the integration the best thing I like is to connect through API with proper data management. That will secure the configurational information of company vendors with lesser effort. Earlier it was quite difficult through Adapter (keeping that it is still available).
The management always required Charts & excel sheets that are easily available through the automation available within it is a best thing keeping my work easy (create an automation once & let it flow always)
The management always required Charts & excel sheets that are easily available through the automation available within it is a best thing keeping my work easy (create an automation once & let it flow always)
What do you dislike about the product?
As I don't remember if anything is there to dislike (apart from integration with the adapter such as JDBC, ODBC adapter) for the end-to-end implementation of vendor setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I remember earlier it was always a connection to DB for storing data. Now need not worry with the Cloud feature in it where integration is quite easy, smooth & fast calling by API's.
Through automation (AI) any report that is required or asked by management/client can be shared & need not be run every time the simple automation will work out.
