Very User Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The UI make this platform very easy to use if you've never used Iterable before

Sometimes journey filters are not as robust as desired

What do you like best about the product?
Highly functional platform allows us to operate our life cycle marketing in a snap. Webhooks out make workflows easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insights tab in UTC. Wish it was in project timezone.

Dynamic lists and custom events to manage marketing journeys with personalization.

It is so user friendly, all the features are very intuitive.

Sometimes I need more engineering support than I’d expect.

Has improved our productive sales and leads with the use of the AI and like the straightforward integration with other tools like Google products to enhance productivity

Have not seen more technical issue with the software besides the starting fee being expensive, $10000 and above

We use it in marketing automations to attract more sales through leads and has helped us engage with cients across different traffic sources
Impossible login requirements
What do you like best about the product?
The tool itself works well. My team is able to manage multiple campaigns at once. We take advantage of the multiple projects feature, which is great for the way my company works. Integrations work well. Customer support is pretty solid too.
What do you dislike about the product?
24 character minimum for passwords. That's almost all of the letters. What are we doing here? Now they are adding in another form of additional authentication on top of that? I'm emailing our users, not the Pentagon. This is the most obnoxious password system I've ever seen. I hate it so much. At this point I would rather handwrite letters to our users.

Iterable is helping me reach our users via email. They offer multiple functions that meets our unquie needs, specifically in separating users in different projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The product offers some excellent features that are highly useful, but certain aspects of its usability can feel challenging or less intuitive at times. Iterable is great because it's super intuitive and really helps streamline marketing campaigns. We can deliver all content to our users in a quick and efficient way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool doesn’t work as intuitively as expected, and things can go wrong, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides one platform to communicate with our users across the most important channels, supporting us in retaining and engaging them effectively.
