Super helpful team & an easy to use system

What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of using the system (as well as the implementation/intergration) - anyone can use Iterable, unlike other CRM systems. The customer support team are also amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a few features that are missing that would make everyones lives easier such as a) attachements in emails b) paused delivered during times of the year c) more visability of customers in workflows (who has the workflow just ran through it)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows us to communciate to our customers in a complex way, without the system itself being overwhelmingly complex - saving time and resource in the business.

syncing ability with amplitude (more or less reliable)

little visibility for users and it appears for support staff as well, to investigate issues. tools don't exist

Iterable is used to send out push notifications to ios and android devices

Easy software to learn and works great for different marketing goals.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how well the CRM and the messaging section works together. We are able to send very targeted email campaigns to our customers all by using the audience segmentation. The journey program is also very easy to understand the basics of and makes it nice to build a user journey with a very visible flow map. Other softwares I have used in the past do not have a journey map available so when you are building it, it is harding to visualize the steps that the customer would be taking through the journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you are an html coder the basic wysiwyg and drag & drop email builders make it difficult to build out certain layout designs. Also wish they had a better list in the knowledge center for what personalizing handlebars are available. The support page provides good articles about personalized handlebars, but also can be difficult to put the correct versions needed into your email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable has released more ways to use design templates. Insted of having a whole email as a template, you can now templatize certain sections of your emails. This is nice when you are running a longer campaign that needs to be added to your other emails; it makes it much easier to bring in that one specific section into an email you already have built out.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy iterable's easy to use interface - it is not cluttered and the path to finding what you need is straightforward and reliable. It saves us time during the creation of content such as push notifications and emails alongside some great tools such as previewing on different devices and ease of flexibility with HTML coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation can be somewhat lacking at certain areas and it may take some digging to get what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we get to send out communication materials with ease and confidence especially when scheduling ahead of time.

Useful Automation with Great Support but Not Always Intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
I find the automation features in Iterable to be incredibly straightforward and simple to use, which makes my tasks much easier and more efficient. I also truly appreciate the excellent support provided, which stands out as a major benefit, ensuring that any issues I encounter are resolved quickly and effectively. Furthermore, while creating email and SMS campaigns, I find the builders to be easy to use, which contributes to a smooth user experience in fulfilling my marketing needs with minimal hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building segments and workflows isn't always intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Iterable simplifies automation in email marketing and transactional messages, making CRM processes more efficient, though segment and workflow building can be unintuitive.

A full-suite CRM software with friendly support and resources

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable offers a friendly customer service. Therefore, our migration process was completed within three months seamlessly. Iterable team has been always happy to help me with any kind of questions from CRM best practices, technical review, billing questions and others.
Iterable has all the necessary CRM features and they diligently come up with more advanced features based on the market trends, such as Copy & Journey Assist AI and Smart Ingest.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a thorough review system for all CRM campaigns to coordinate the review across different team members and freely communicate the feedbacks, improve the campaigns, and then send out the final version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable enabled cross-channel engagement via email and push. It allows us to send the personalized content for each user. It helps us to create user segmentation based on specific user behaviors or interests.

Excellent Partnership and Intuitive Tools

What do you like best about the product?
I'm new in my role at Benefit Cosmetics and this is the first time I've used Itearble. I've found the tool to be incredible intuitive to learn and easy to use. I've also been very impressed by both the strategic partnership provided by Tracy, as well as the technical support provided by Julia and Rebecca. Super excited to see where our partnership takes us next year!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more robust reporting capabilities in terms of email list growth. I would also like to have easier ways to review insights and results across projects - we have ~40 different projects running in Iterable, so it's very manual to get a full picture on email campaign performance across our many projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Iterable for email marketing but we are also using it as an interim CDP of sorts, which has been incredibly helpful as we are migrating our data to new platforms internally.

Iterable from a Marketer's POV

What do you like best about the product?
One of the great qualities about Iterable, is that they not only listen to what marketer's need, they anticipate it needs, and put action behind it by adding new features & tools to the platform continously. I look at my account manager & solutions archetit as an extension of my team. They're always ready to jump in, and roll up their sleeves for a working session.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little downside to the platform. The one thing that can be improved is reporting (message insights, device type, and heatmaps).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable makes it much easier and faster to push out A/B and multivariate test, compared to our homegrown ESP platform. We can gather learnings much more swiftly, which has contributed to great strides in the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable allows us to set-up automated email flows which takes the daily work off my plate.

Some of the tech set-up is complex and takes a lot of trial and error

Streamlined Email Marketing with Intuitive UX

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the user experience (UX) and how easy it is to navigate through the various features and tools within Iterable. The drag and drop feature in the email builder is exceptionally user-friendly, allowing for easy tweaks and customizations. I find the setup of journeys to be straightforward, and the AI prompts and tools integrated into the journeys facilitate easy updates and help in streamlining processes. Overall, these aspects make managing email marketing, transactional emails, and embedded messaging tasks quite seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the asset library in Iterable challenging because it currently limits access to only those assets and images uploaded through email builds. If there were a dedicated library section available, it would significantly ease the process of reviewing all available assets more clearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Iterable to seamlessly communicate with customers through marketing activity updates, ensuring they receive order updates and transactional emails throughout the process.
