Iterable is an amazing platform

  • September 18, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
Ive been lucky enough to work in Iterable for the past 4 years. Amazing experience thus far. Very powerful platform and i would recommend to other companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. We work well with our csm to ensure our needs are met.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows, segmentation. Email and push campaigns

Decent platform, but there are better options with far better service

  • September 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The product is well designed and very intuitive for marketers. While Iterable isn't as mature as competitors in this space (Braze, SFMC, etc) in terms of product offerings, they are making strides to get there.
The pure technical-support (ie, cases) aspect has been a silver lining in otherwise subpar support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a distinct lack of platform and domain knowledge as well as limited proactive/consultative skills among the teams at Iterable. Presumably this is a direct result of the limited tenure of employees; itself likely a result of layoffs and other attrition.
The account management and implementation teams at Iterable have left a lot to be desired. If you go with Iterable, I strongly recommend skipping any add-on services and vetting a third-party partner for any implementation assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating customer journeys

Master of marketing tool

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best marketing tool I have worked with.
Best features:
1) Great online library to learn tool on your own.
2) Easy integration with our backend tool
3) Flows are very well developed and have all the necessary triggers and conditions.
4) Reporting KPIs for email are spot on.
5) Quick customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing i dislike - it's a complicated tool and not so easy to learn.
Will take some time for anyone to get a hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us in retaining our customers with quick and personalised email campaigns. All our transaction emails are delivered using Iterable based on different time zone, needs etc and Iterable is able to help us with that.

Great ESP, even better people

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has been great for us in many ways;

- Event based triggers have allowed us to tap into customer moments and deliver personalised messaging.
- Iterable has also helped us achieve greater levels of personalisation including dynamic content (that we can really dial in using the agility of handlebar logic) and personalised STO.
- AI powered brand affinity score allows us identify users at different stages of brand loyalty and target them appropriately.
- Reusable content including snippets and saved content rows rapidly speeds up campaign creation.
- Reporting, list management and templates are also great.
- Iterable has extensive documentation, online training and and online community to offer support.

As much as we appreciate Iterable as an email solution, by far the best part of switching has been the people. We had great support whilst prospecting and on-boarding, and now working with out customer success manager who is readily available and offers great insight and support. Chat support is available on tap and very helpful, with further technical support available if needed. Iterable host a fantastic conference each year, as well as webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing! A small bugbear is the media library (libraries). We create our email campaigns using the brilliant drag and drop editor, but as mentioned also take full advantage of the snippets function, which uses the side-by-side editor. Unfortunately, they use different media libraries which means that storing assets that we use for both would mean duplication natively. Instead, we’re currently using our website CMS, however this could limit how we can take advantage of AI powered campaign building, which is coming soon in Iterable. We’re currently working this through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tapping into customer moments with personalised messaging to build brand affinity and achieve business goals.

Excellent and Forward Thinking!

  • July 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I'm very happy about how forward thinking Iterable are! We are a very new client, but already I am very excited about all of the new innovations (especially NOVA).
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, at this point, nothing at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable will (when fully set up) allow us to build and store one overarching customer profile from multiple different data sources.

Excellent support, highly flexible platform

  • July 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Flexible enough to do basically anything that you need to do. Data integration is very simple. API and Webhooks are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email block builder is limited, and we found a lot of value in using an external platform which was very easy to integrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralised hub of customer data which allows us to create powerful marketing automations across all platforms.

Iterable is unmatched for orgs that need to send in-app comms internationally

  • June 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Locales are my favorite feature within Iterable. It saves me a ton of time being able to clone out the EN version of an email to translate it in 7 different languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you had a custom builder, the current 3rd party tool is a bit dated. By having your own building tool, the UI would be much more cohesive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable allows us to send localized emails, SMS, in-app pops, and pushes to our members every day. By leveraging automations we are cutting down on our daily ad hoc sends.

Very customer friendly

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is that there are so many features like catalog and segmentations that really help us create targeted campaigns and help us with our BAU campaigns saving a lot of time. It is an intuitive system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like how time consuming it is to set up campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solving our problem with cross channel marketing including web push and push. It has also helped us with in-app marketing too which has been great.

Intuitive interface

  • June 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
BT are not currently as cusotmer, but we’ve had product demos and the platform looks intuitive and good CX.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to understand more of integration to our GCP data and security implications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have a single platform that can control full customers journeys across channels would be a big benefit
