Iterable makes personalization in your campaigns so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The catalog function has helped significantly with personalization in our campaigns. We've really enjoyed how easy it is to run experiments for creatives and copy. Also, excellent support from the Iterable team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some UI functions can be improved with campaign labeling, segmentation and reporting. It would be great to have more functionality to organize lists and campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Personalization for 16+ languages can be very complicated but the catalog function has really helped with this. This helps us decrease manual hours working through languages and other personalization fields.
- Experiment function is an ease to use and the reporting is very helpful to see exactly what is doing well in your campaign. We've really enjoyed the heat map function of Iterable!

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has an abundance of different channels to reach your audience all in one platform. As a small team, we need to be able to use one platform that reaches our audience in a multitude of ways (push, email, in-app, popup, etc). Iterable has all those tools in one platform and there isn't a need to export data continuously to segment and reach those audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Iterable is the turnover of customer service reps. THey are all always helpful, but it seems you get switched to a new rep every few months and need to refamiliarize each one with how you specifically use iterable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable lets us segment our audience and find out which channel best serves which person for our messaging. Also as a small team, it's easy to work with one person.
Great tool, incredible support!
What do you like best about the product?
I have loved the flexibility of the tool itself and the functionality within workflows and campaigns. Our CSM Gigi is incredible and has been so supportive to this day (we've been using the tool for over a year now). The integration/API abilities are fantastic, we are able to send data points from across the business and third party tools to make highly intellegent workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Iterable has some very helpful reporting, I think there are a few ways that this reporting could go even deeper and be a bit more clear from a high level workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to trigger different transactional and marketing workflows based on actions in our product and third party tools such as Stripe. We previously required a number of automations and workflows in our ticketing system which created a lot of additional work and follow up for our team. Iterable has helped streamline this.
Had a fantastic experience, with some room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic support, fantastic implementation process, very collaborative alongside the teams that I work with, and very responsive to our support. On top of a user-friendly platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's still some room to grow for Iterable, especially in regard to its analytics platform, which is fantastic nonetheless, but requires a lot of manual work to operate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At its core Iterable is a growth platform which has helped to be a central source for user information, while at the same time being a CRM system for us to send out emails, SMS, notifications, etc.
Great onboarding experience and excellent ongoing support
What do you like best about the product?
Our company transitioned from a large legacy provider of email and other messaging channel capabilities. A migration of this kind is always daunting, but it truly went about as smoothly as was promised during the Iterable sales process. Incredible implementation team support was provided every step of the way!
I also love that the ongoing platform operates smoothly, intuitively, and quickly. Continuing customer success support is top-notch, as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
The included drag-and-drop email builder tool has given us a few challenges, but it's unclear whether that's just part of the learning curve or an area that could in fact use improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with our customers in consistently relevant, personalized, and timely ways is vital to providing a positive experience with our product. Using all available customer information is key to enabling that goal, and the intelligent storage and organization of that data and rapid "what if" segmentation enabled by Iterable really unlocks all of that data for us.
Iterable is simply awesome!!!

What do you dislike about the product?
When coding an email one needs to manually search for the code on the left panel to find the right code. A simple feature of clicking on the right panel on the particular item highlights its code on the left would make life really easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is helping in targeting customers at each and every potential step of their journey with our company to help us convert them to reach the next milestone and finally make a sale.
So far not disappointed!

support is still not desirable. not timely enough.

we never had push notification or to a certain extent, minimal analytics from emails or other channels. overall the channels were all over the place, but iterable has all of them in one place.
Iterable makes all the difference!
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is by far the easiest platform I have used for eCommerce CRM! I love the ease of segmentation, custom events, and analytics. We recently began utilizing the catalog feature and are absolutely blown away by the results and personalization we are able to achieve without any additional effort! Additionally, the support we have received from Iterable is truly far and above anything else I have experienced!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think that there is some lifts that can be completed in terms of reporting and catalog UX. The catalog UX is not super intuitive based on the JSON nature of things, but once you get the hang of it, it is fairly easy to implement within campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send super targeted content to our large list of users has dramatically increased channel conversion rate and revenue. Additionally, we are able to leverage infinitely more personalization data points through custom events with no major lift on the CRM or Web end of things!
Powerful Product, Hands-On Implementation, Significant Cost Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has reduced the development cost of our company significantly. It gives power over our communications to our Product & Marketing teams, allowing us to focus on what keeps us competitive and differentiating ourselves from the market. The implementation team went above and beyond to understand our use cases and ensure we were set up for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Iterable's push notification infrastructure is quite outdated, making it difficult for us to integrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable helped us automate all of our student-facing communications, from onboarding emails to various activation campaigns. This saved us developer time and allowed us to experiment with what communication resonates most successfully with our student audience.
