Good product, your team inspires loyalty
What do you like best about the product?
- I love how intuitive Iterable is. I train marketing managers on how to use it. Often they are scared to learn a new tool, but they pick it up so quickly, and can create compaigns on their own with confidence after a single session with me.
- Your account managers are amazing! They are so helpful, and I'm always learning new things from them. Shout out to Andrew Uh and Derek Baines!
- Very stable product. You innovate at a reasonable pace, making changes to the website in a logical manner such that no one gets lost when things are moved around.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes it takes years for desired features to make it into Iterable. I started using Iterable in 2019, and some features I know were being requested by many customers are just now getting in. For example, rate limiting (I think you are calling it send frequency) is now in Beta, and I'm working on getting opted into that feature. While it can be annoying to wait, I've never been disappointed by a feature that Iterable released.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is helping me manage dozens of user journeys across our product. We do a lot of experimentation, which our old system was not very good at. The main benefit of Iterable for me has been the speed and ease of deployment. I support over a dozen marketing managers (I'm in deployment), and I'm able to outsource more of the journey creation to them. Because they are more intimately involved, they are able to be more creative with their campaigns.
Coming from a difficult ESP, Iterable is like a breath of fresh air!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the campaign & journey process is highly visual. We came from an ESP that was very text-heavy and labyrinth-like.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the campaigns and templated were connected live. For example, if I have to make a last-second change to an email template, i have to make it in the campaign and template. It would be nice if they were connected to the updates would take live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is solving our lack of representation in the mobile space. Having Iterable gives us this presence to our customers that we have never had before.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has a super intuitive UI -- I am about to launch a self-service tool for our non-technical marketers and feel confident that they'll be able to navigate Iterable's campaign builder and WYSIWYG tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Iterable outages and downtime are not always proactively communicated and when something breaks with Iterable or our data pipeline, the process of triaging, understanding what's wrong, and implementing a fix can be rough.

Iterable helps us manage complex automation and personalized workflows across different business needs, lifecycle states, and user preferences.

What do you like best about the product?
The support from the team, from integration to day to day to chat to ticketing and don't forget about Activate. We have never felt alone in the process or on an island with unanswered questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe just some coding that's involved but I am growing and learning with the help of their support team.

Customer communication with the right timing and cadence combined with personalization and channel optimization

ive only been working with iterable for 3 weeks and i feel super confident and comfortable with anew platform. the foundations class was great and easy to understand

i would prefer the training to have more intuitive training like click throughs and walk-throughs with practice in simulated software

Iterable is a really comfortable ESP with a cool interface!
In addition, the functionality is amazing. I have never seen such flexible segmentation and workflow in any ESP.
Also, I want to note the work of the support and the technical team, they provide excellent work for the entire infrastructure.
You can be sure that Iterable will be your service for years, after it you will not want to use any other.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any reason why I can dislike it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is constantly improving, based on feedback from its customers, adding new features and functionality. For me, this is one of the best indicators of the level of customer focus. Also ease of use makes the whole workflow easier and time is money.
Intuitive marketing automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about Iterable was how much I could do with lifecycle marketing that removes the need to cross-collaborate with engineers, data scientists, etc., to launch campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside in the past has been the inability to have a unique identifier outside of email. That was the case when I used Iterable in the past; however, now I found out that's been fixed! We can have a unique identifier outside of email that helps with unknown users. It's been over a year since I used Iterable, and now coming back to Iterable, it is fascinating to see this problem fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a holistic approach to a marketing automation platform is what I enjoy about Iterable and being able to message a recipient at the right moment. Fundamentally, it is essential to curate the correct type of content for our users.
A partnership you won't regret
What do you like best about the product?
Without a doubt, the teams that I've worked with. This is my second opportunity as an Iterable client. Whether it's sales, implementation, or working with the CS team, I've generally experienced wonderful partnerships that' have helped to improve our usage of Iterable's tools to scale our business goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed of response with standard support could be improved. But I appreciate the effort to really dive into the problem statement and provide helpful workarounds where needed.

Scaling lifecycle journeys for our various personas along with issuing out timely messages and notifications to our end users.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's easy to create and visualize journeys! The tiles make each step very intuitive and there is always product support when I need it! Additionally, if you need to customize a campaign within a journey, that;s also very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that you cannot easily build landing pages within the suite. This should be a simple page builder/editor just like we have for email, but it makes it hard for the content team bc we have to use a workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving pushing our customers through the pipeline and lifecycle. We use Iterable for lifecycle marketing to communicate with our customers via email and sending their offers on their homes, which is a key piece of our business!

What do you like best about the product?
It's helped simplify and automate more of our emails across the board. The journeys feature has allowed us more control on some of our most important emails each year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is coming to mind as of now, so of it will be taken care of in the product update.

We previously didn't have the ability to trigger some emails for projects built on other platforms, but the journeys and custom events features have given us that chance.
