AI-Powered, User-Friendly Journeys That Accelerate Our Marketing Growth
What do you like best about the product?
It has been amazing as we grow out our customer marketing program. With all the embedded ai components, we have been able to build and iterate on journeys at a pace unavailable to us before. It’s very user friendly and continues to provide updates that really show how focused the tool is on staying on top of marketing trends, and growing with the times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously, the main issue for us was not being able to delete fields. However, we’ve already gotten a sneak peek at what’s coming next, and it looks like a major improvement for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization! It’s on us to continue to build out the collections in our catalog so that we can fine tune even more what we are sending to users, and when. Iterable has really opened up this possibility for us, which has been exciting!

organization could be better but is improving! (folders, renaming, etc)

IP Warmup was a big challenge but we got through it

Highly Robust Platform with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Iterable for email outreach, automation, and analytics. It helps me create personalized emails more seamlessly using snippets, and segmentation is very easy and robust. I think Iterable’s customer service is great, especially the implementation team. I love the use of handlebars and snippets for easy dynamic content and personalization. The initial setup of Iterable was great, and though we had to adapt some of our existing systems, it’s been for the better.
What do you dislike about the product?
If technical errors occur, it's hard to identify the issue to resolve it. Error messaging and notifications can greatly improve Iterable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable helps me create personalized emails seamlessly using snippets, with easy and robust segmentation.
Powerful CRM Marketing with Iterable
What do you like best about the product?
I use Iterable for CRM Marketing, and I appreciate that it allows us to reach and engage our users at the right time and the right stage of their journey. I like that Iterable is powerful and flexible. I value the journey feature because of the ability to coordinate dynamic experiences for users.

I wish Iterable had stronger in platform reporting and dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the journey builder and new AI features like AI suite and predictive analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think i'd like to better have all my figma journeys transferred to the flow builder in Iterable.

It is the best multichannel platform helping us send the right message at the right time to our clients using in app, email, and sms

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Iterable allows for personalization, making emails feel personable through effective segmentation. It provides a better experience for users and leads to higher conversion rates. Additionally, I appreciate Iterable for its better price to quality ratio compared to the previous product we used, HubSpot. Although there were challenges, the initial setup of Iterable helped with our data hygiene, ensuring smoother overall operations.

Very technical, users will need coding experience

I like where they're going with the AI functionality. And I'm hoping to see more AI functionality beyond the basic that are included with a lot of email service providers today.

I like that Iterable is easy to use and comes with great customer service. It really helps me, especially since I'm a CRM team of one, to automate and personalize emails across our entire organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a lot of the platform is very technical and as a new user it can be challenging to understand all the different moving pieces. I think onboarding for new users on existing accounts could be helpful.

I use Iterable to automate and personalize emails, solving challenges in segmentation and customization. It's easy for me, a CRM team of one, to manage email marketing across our organization.
Easy Triggered Emails and Clear Event Payloads for Smooth Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to send triggered emails with site events. And the ability to see the event payloads which helps with setup
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easier to connect catalogs and collections to emails. Also the dash boards are more confusing
