What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is always willing to help troubloeshoot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to fix and test journeys based on data pass from Segment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to easily upload HTML templates and with the new release of the dynamic content I'm excited at the possiblity of that.
Great platform, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Iterable for about a year and am overall satisfied with the functionality. The platform is easy to learn, and they have launched a few recent improvements that make it more user-friendly. Any time I have a question, my success manager is very responsive and takes the time to understand my use case so that she can make suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need our development team to implement things in our instance more than I would like. I'd like to be able to trigger a journey using a contact's entry into a dynamic list, or branch off of calculated fields in workflows, but there are work arounds I've been able to use to get close enough to what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Iterable for marketing automation for SMS and email journeys. I'm able to connect data using journeys and tag user profiles to reflect actions they're taking on our site and elsewhere.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Really user friendly. We are able to create and manage our campaigns easily and fast and we've never had a problem with iterable in over a year.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that we can't convert a dynamic list into Static if is greater than 5,000,000. We have to do it through a journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have enough data about our subcribers

It is important to give feedback to your tech support team to ensure you are aligned to the best possible tech support invidual

Heavily automating our audience workflows for onboarding, post sale and abandon campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
The support we have received from the team has been exceptional. Everyone from the sales team to the onboarding team has been so easy to work with and communication has gone above and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I really dislike but there are some features and potential product roadmap items that we feel are very important to our business. We are hoping that in the near future we can get these items priortized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable gives my teams the tools to execute on the larger strategies and initiatives we want to implement to have been personalization and one to one communication with our users.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is great. We just came off of a migration and the implementation team was top-notch. The speed of the platform and UI is also much better than our old ESP.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few feature requests I would like to see in the near future. Foldering of lists and snippets, the ability to track individual links by assigning link names, proofing prefixes, etc. We've also experienced a bit of tech issues when it comes to running list counts, but the support team has been on top of it which is great to see!

Data in and data out as well as speed with our level of data.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to connect both in-apps and emails into a journey to create a seamless customer journey for our different products. I'm very excited about the new AI-powered tools and how we can leverage them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was better integration with more complex organizations. Sometimes it can be difficult figuring out to best way to use Iterable's features with our teams.

Iterable helps us send email, in-app, and dashboard campaigns.

I wish the segmentation tool was easier to use (I would love it to look more like that filter tool in Journeys)

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is a very user friendly platform and makes it easy to build out journeys and make changes and updates to current journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations when building out journeys such as not being able to use dynamic event data inside of exit rules, and there is room for improvement with certain parts of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cataloguing feature has been very helpful to our company in being able to use localization and match users to events near them, which was a very intensive manual practice in our previous platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has incredible support, they help you tackle any new challenge or goal. I love how they have embraced AI and continue to make their proudct more efficent and help my team save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could be a little more robust, it is good enough for a quick check but we also use Mixpanel to dive deeper in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily personalize our communications and journey with our data which is key to converting our users and providing a unique experience. We are an international company so we use iterables locale feature to send our emails across 7 different launguage as well.
