Cvent Attendee Hub Keeps Getting Easier—and Our Attendees Love It!

What do you like best about the product?
Using Cvent Attendee Hub just seems to get easier and easier. Trying new things and making changes as needed has been exciting for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we haven't disliked anything. Our attendees love it too!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cvent Attendee Hub is saving me time and mental energy. When I put information in the attendee hub, it gets it out of my head and into a place where everyone can access it. Instead of addressing each individual question, attendees can go to the Attendee Hub and find answers faster than I could respond via email.

What do you like best about the product?
From an organizer’s perspective, the platform streamlines communication and reduces the stress of last‑minute changes—everything updates instantly and automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it offered more opportunities for social engagement, such as a Facebook-style feed or a photo wall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Features like personalized agendas, interactive maps, and push notifications help keep everyone informed and on track, regardless of the meeting’s size or complexity. The ability to assign sessions to attendees so they can easily manage and follow their own agendas has been a real game changer for our meetings.

Easy Setup with Room for Customization

What do you like best about the product?
Attendee Hub is easy to setup and manage as a planner. We use it to integrate with SocialPoint for gamifying on-site experience as well as creating custom pages for attendees to use it as digital handbook to know everything they need to about the event, sell it sponsorship opportunity for our sponsors to promote their logos in it and send push notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more customizable options. For example, I should be able to design the size and shape of homepage cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Cvent Attendee Hub to boost attendee engagement with features like chat, scheduling, surveys, and polls. It provides a central place for all event info, making it easy for attendees to access what they need.

What do you like best about the product?
I genuinely appreciate the user-friendly experience that Cvent Attendee Hub offers, which makes navigation within the platform exceptionally easy and straightforward. The features available on the platform enhance the overall usability, making my tasks more efficient. I also find the gamification feature particularly engaging, as it adds an element of fun and motivation to the events managed through this software. These elements contribute to a seamless experience for organizing global events, which is of significant importance to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the setup process of Cvent Attendee Hub particularly challenging. Specifically, setting up the gamification components—such as adding points and challenges—can be time-consuming. Furthermore, managing language settings presents difficulties since it requires updates every time we host an event. The initial setup was also complicated and took a couple of events to become familiar with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Cvent Attendee Hub offers a user-friendly and easy-to-navigate experience for global events, with engaging gamification features enhancing participant interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Cvent Attendee Hub empowers our organization to take full control of in-person, hybrid, and virtual events. The platform offers outstanding customizability, allowing us to tailor the look and feel to align with our brand and specific event needs, which enhances the attendee experience significantly. I appreciate the wide range of support services provided, such as training modules, a dedicated support specialist, and the AI bot Valerie, which are invaluable for addressing quick questions and providing assistance. The initial setup was very straightforward, thanks to the direct support from a sales account manager and a product specialist. This personalized support made the process seamless and efficiently guided us through the fundamental aspects of utilizing the platform, which I found incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a steep learning curve when using Cvent Attendee Hub. The platform, being highly customizable, presented an intimidating array of options and settings at first.

What do you like best about the product?
The attendee hub is straightforward to use on the backend, and any changes made are updated in real time.

The software is simple to learn, and after spending just a day getting familiar with its features, you can easily feel at ease using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are restricted, making it challenging to exercise creativity. We are confined to the options that are currently provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most valuable feature they've introduced recently is the ability to categorize by session. At one of our events, we have multiple tracks, so it's important for us to filter the agenda for each one. This allows app users to easily follow and keep track of their chosen sessions.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Cvent Attendee Hub provides a seamless experience for both virtual and live attendees, allowing them to watch events on any device, such as phones, laptops, or iPads. This flexibility is invaluable, especially since our recordings are available on demand, ensuring no one misses out even if they can't attend live. The ability to drive engagement through features like live polling, gamification, and Q&As is superb, as it enhances interaction during our events. Moreover, the overall user experience is exceptional, helping us effectively communicate with our attendees and offering them multiple options for consuming our content, which is crucial for our event success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Cvent Attendee Hub to be somewhat confusing. Although it wasn't difficult per se, there was definitely a learning curve that took some time to get through before it made sense. Additionally, I would appreciate more flexibility in the appearance of the attendee hub, specifically to better match our branding. The limitation of being bound by templates and cards restricts our ability to include elements we deem important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use AttendeeHub to allow virtual and live attendees to watch events on their devices and access on-demand recordings, enhancing flexibility and engagement with live polling, gamification, and Q&A features.

What do you like best about the product?
Cvent Attendee Hub is a comprehensive mobile destination for our event attendees - providing all conference materials and information at the tip of their fingers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We still have attendees who have other phone types outside of Apple and Android which can cause confusion when they are trying to download the app, but I know there is an Attendee Hub website they can use as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has created cost savings and efficiency for our organization as we no longer print paper materials in the app; instead we link to them for attendees to view and download. It's also helping to connect our attendees as they can easily locate the attendee list and network through the app.

What do you like best about the product?
CVENT enables you to engage attendees around the world in your live, in-person event for a hybrid experience.

You can send live or pre-recorded video with video Conferencing to support your team sessions, virtual appointments, and virtual meetings rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
CVENT is very functional. The downside is that it does not integrate effectively with software outside of Cvent, and while it is aesthetically very customizable, it is difficult to customize the more functional elements to meet our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Low Engagement: Attendees can feel disconnected, especially in virtual settings. The CVENT Hub boosts interaction through live chats, polling, Q&A, and group discussions.

What do you like best about the product?
The attendee experience is smooth—from registration to live session streaming.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend interface isn’t the most intuitive—its very hard to understand and takes too much time to setup. Customization options for branding and layouts are very limited unless you’re working with Cvent support which isnt a very easy thing to do. Mobile experience could be better optimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i tried it for running 2 online events wasn't very happy with performance and thus switched to another software. Its just not worth the cost.
