Intuitive organization
What do you like best about the product?
The Attendee Hub platform has been a lifesaver for our in-person and hybrid events. All of the attendee information is so well organized on the face, and intuitive to build on the back end. With a bit more design flexibility this platform would go from great to exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
While functionality is great, there are a few design shortcomings with Attendee Hub - if you know some basic HTML coding, you can format your own exhibitor pages, but it's a bit of a pain. Would also love more control over where to add images and change colors. And being able to better organize uploads and links would be amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all attendee info well organized and in one place is invaluable. I would never again want to plan an event where the online conference isn't connected to the registration process and web capabilities. Can't imagine how we used to do this all in the past!
Great app, user friendly and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The app is easy to use, from the set-up using the backend, to the user-friendly approach to the user, makes it a great platform to use. Also the fact that it is all connected to Cvent registration, makes it easy to update.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure I dislike anything. Maybe the gamification default option could use a little refresh to make sure that it is up-to-date and bring people to play.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing our footprint by reducing the paper agenda. Also this is great way to connect with team members

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Attendee Hub shows the most important event information at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a design perspective, I dislike that the Attendee Hub is not more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attendee Hub is solving the issue of event information accessibility. The agenda, maps, attendees, etc. are at the attendees' fingertips.
functionality should at least match that of crowd compass (the program that was sunset)

It is easy to understand from the builder view

the audience segmentation feature could be more complex to allow for more personalization of different features of the app

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
provides a way for attendees to connect on site, increases event sustainability
User friendliness and features are lacking
What do you like best about the product?
It is directly in cvent so attendee management and session are easily integrated
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't easily have personalized schedules, you have to log in EVERY time you want to preview the app, having to schedule cards in order to see them during testing, in the app, the agenda is not user friendly when you have multiple things scheduled at the same time (having to select into it to see the rest of the schedule).

What do you like best about the product?
i like how easy it is to access through email or phone number.
What do you dislike about the product?
that there is not a option to select the news feed as the main page. this was a prime item in our past apps, that is now not at used as its harder to find by attendees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
onsite event connection, allowing attendees to interact with each other and create networking oppurtunities.
Large product, many uses.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy input to give an extremely professional looking product to our attendees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding or learning new things can be difficult because many of the trainings include features that are additional cost and not included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily accessible app for our attendees to get detailed event info.
Love the customization!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Access and user friendliness. It's quite easy to find your way around the platform and to make changes on the back end. I enjoy being able to direct attendees through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the newsfeed was more prominent. We used to use it heavily at our events. It might be cool to integrate LinkedIn into the newsfeed somehow since that's what we use more now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to point attendees to the app is really helpful for resources and materials that speakers share. Being able to let them see who is attending is also great.
Attendee Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it has evolved over the years. We've had the product since 2014 and I have been the main person building each of our event apps. I do like how everything is under the Cvent umbrella and we don't have to go to a separate address (CrowdCompass) to access the backend of the app. I also like the new look and the new features of what you can do on the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since moving from CrowdCompass to AttendeeHub, just like anything new we've hit some road bumps with navigating through the platform. I feel like there are more clicks to get where you need to go then there were with CrowdCompass. I think that as time goes by and running challenges by our Account Manager, it will get easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There aren't any current problems we are running into. We do meet with a mobile app specialist prior to each event to make sure that we are on top of resubmitting our app to Apple and also if there are any new items we should be using, we discuss at that time.
Attendee Hub is a great asset to your event!

It is user friendly and very interactive. it is a great addition to your event to ensure your attendees are well engaged
What do you dislike about the product?
The game center- i think this could be more customizable. i LOVE that banners were added to the homepage as this was very limiting.
