Love the customization!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Access and user friendliness. It's quite easy to find your way around the platform and to make changes on the back end. I enjoy being able to direct attendees through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the newsfeed was more prominent. We used to use it heavily at our events. It might be cool to integrate LinkedIn into the newsfeed somehow since that's what we use more now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to point attendees to the app is really helpful for resources and materials that speakers share. Being able to let them see who is attending is also great.
Attendee Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it has evolved over the years. We've had the product since 2014 and I have been the main person building each of our event apps. I do like how everything is under the Cvent umbrella and we don't have to go to a separate address (CrowdCompass) to access the backend of the app. I also like the new look and the new features of what you can do on the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since moving from CrowdCompass to AttendeeHub, just like anything new we've hit some road bumps with navigating through the platform. I feel like there are more clicks to get where you need to go then there were with CrowdCompass. I think that as time goes by and running challenges by our Account Manager, it will get easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There aren't any current problems we are running into. We do meet with a mobile app specialist prior to each event to make sure that we are on top of resubmitting our app to Apple and also if there are any new items we should be using, we discuss at that time.
Attendee Hub is a great asset to your event!
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and very interactive. it is a great addition to your event to ensure your attendees are well engaged
What do you dislike about the product?
The game center- i think this could be more customizable. i LOVE that banners were added to the homepage as this was very limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to keep attendees engaged and informed during conference

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, fun to build, and our guests loved it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The home page could be easier to navigate with icons for the floorplans, invitees, meeting agenda, sessions, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our guests don't have to print the agenda and the notifications work great to communicate with our attendees.
Best Event App
What do you like best about the product?
It saves us so much time that it transfers data from our event registration, agenda, and speakers. It allows us to add all the features we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can take a while to set it up correctly. We used the Q&A feature and didn't realize we had to extend the time, so when session ran over there was no Q&A to fill out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows a virtual option for. Q&A which is so helpful as opposed to running around with a mic. It allows attendees to interact with each other, ask questions, see where all of our sessions are, etc. I've attended other conferences and this is the best app I've seen so far
Attendee Hub revolutionized our event!
What do you like best about the product?
Attendee Hub allowed us to go 10% paperless. It was an easy to use one location hub for all of our event information
What do you dislike about the product?
The image upload process seems like it could be simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlined our session check-in process and allowed us to go 100% paperless! It really brought our event into the 21st Century.
Cvent Attendee Hub allowed us to present a virtual conference and offer on-demand webinars.
What do you like best about the product?
The Attendee Hub is a reliable way to stream speaker sessions. I also like the ability to show session details to attendees including speaker bios, handouts, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not able to view the Attendee Hub pages prior to them being released to everyone. I found this stressful as I wanted to be able to edit the pages and make sure everything worked before all attendees could see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to be able to reach a geographical spread out group of people. People no longer need to travel to attend in person conferences and this allows our company to grow our audience exponentially.
An event platform that integrates with the rest of Cvent
What do you like best about the product?
The Cvent Attendee Hub seamlessly integrates with the other Cvent products, which saves a lot of time and headaches when putting on virtual or hybrid events. The attendees have an easy time clicking around and getting started on the front end of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Early on, the Attendee Hub lacked some of the nicer features already available on other virtual event platforms, such as attendee-to-attendee chats, session suggestions, mini-zoom meetings for networking speed-dating, etc. They are catching up, however, and rolling out new features all the time. They're still not fully customizable in terms of the structure and appearance of the front-end platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Attendee Hub solves the issue of having to export registration data to feed it into a separate virtual event platform. I gain a lot of time by having to input a schedule or speaker change in only one spot and have it propagate from the event marketing website, to the registration, to the online event platform.
I think that CVENT attendee hub is pretty user friendly for a low tech demographic
What do you like best about the product?
It is a hub, for lack of a better word, for attendees to find all of the information they need, and if they know how to use it properly, they do not reach out to us for additional support finding link s
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that our older attendees need more assistance finding links or just knowing what they are looking at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For users who know how to use attendee hub it minimizes day of communications with attendees
Great customer service and ease of use!
What do you like best about the product?
The Cvent customer service is one of the best assets to using the software; I find security in knowing that I can get help 24/7.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cvent Attendee Hub worked for my needs; there isn't anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get to have my registration, app and website in one location. I can easily upload information about sponsors, speakers and the agenda with a few clicks.
