Happy Event Attendees
What do you like best about the product?
Attendee Hub makes it easy to track attendees' attendance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't any downsides except if Attendee Hub is down for one reason or another. It is an efficient tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a rapid onsite technology that keeps our attendees engaged and connected.
Great addition to your event
What do you like best about the product?
The attendee hub meets the basic needs that a company may have for a virtual platform for their events. The app is a great addition for those who are tech-savvy, but like that the website version is available for those who may prefer that method. This is a great addition for events you are already hosting in Cvent - especially if you are looking for a hybrid option.
What do you dislike about the product?
The attendee hub is not as customizable as you may hope it would be. The platform can absolutely use some updates, however I have no doubts that Cvent will work on this in the future and does take their user suggestions into considerations when making updates to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attendee Hub is helping to provide a platform that helps us to add an additional virtual aspect to our already spectacular event. This will help our attendees stay organized and involved in yet another way throughout their experience.
If you want to create a seamless onsite & virtual event experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Cvent Attendee Hub links onsite and virtual seamlessly, which allows event managers to provide a tailored event experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the widgets are more flexible, even though is pretty flexible right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a platform to provide a seamless event experience for both onsite and virtual attendees, and Cvent attendee Hub did exactly what we want!
I love the interactive features
What do you like best about the product?
CVENT AttendeeHub brings interactive features to an otherwise static online training experience. Their chat/video discussions, game, speed networking, chat, Q&A, and polling systems allow attendees to stay engaged and network with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Presenters using CVENT Zoom are not able to monitor/host poll questions through that window. Instead they must have AttendeeHub open on an additional screen. This is difficult for presenters to manage on a single monitor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
COVID forced us to host our first virtual conference in 2020. Without AttendeeHub, we would not have known where to start. We have since hosted 2 hybrid events for 2,000+ attendees and several smaller online trainings.
Easy to use with a lot of great features
What do you like best about the product?
The Cvent Attendee Hub is easy to use and gives you the option to add on a mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not user freindly for attendees. The agenda still needs a lot of work, most attendees tend to have difficulty on this piece. There is also not a lot of customization available yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a virtual platform that is tied into the registration is a great time saver. Most of the information flows into the attendee hub and setting up the event is fairly easy.
Easy to understand but difficult to master
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using the product; it's pretty simple to get launched and started. The basic functionalities are really intuitive to start using, which isn't true for all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most websites look cookie-cutter, which may only be something that an event planner notices. I feel like the option to customize is lacking in many respects, and I wish there was more opportunity for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate that Cvent Attendee Hub lets attendees manage their own experience.
Would only use with Cvent Event Management
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part about Attendee Hub is the integration with Cvent Event Management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it as much as Crowd Compass (Cvent's former event app integration)

Provides a simple, integrated platform for virtual attendees.
Cvent Attendee Hub helps in Higher Education Events
What do you like best about the product?
When we were looking to convert an in-person event to virtual last year, the Cvent Attendee Hub was the perfect solution. It was user-friendly, and vent provided plenty of resources to make everything run smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a lack of "interaction" capabilities in the platform that I hope will be added in the future.

Event registration, badge printing, virtual events, email communications
Cvent Attendee Hub: What a great platform!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and easy to use. Great technology and features. The mobile app is very good. There is so much more to Attendee Hub than what we are using.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new Cvent customer, there is a lot to learn, so it can seem a bit overwhelming at first, learning everything one needs to know about the Attendee Hub. Their training is very good, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cvent is helping us work smarter, not harder, by rolling out their technology based on pending events and tailoring their training to the technology experience of our users.
Familiar-feeling and easy virtual platform
What do you like best about the product?
It doesn't try to over-promise or deliver some sort of VR-based platform. It meets the needs of normal people looking to find and absorb our content without being distracted by the platform itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations of video platforms (like zoom for interactive) feel pasted in, almost as if you could've built this platform yourself, given enough time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Didn't have to worry about our website's ability to handle the traffic from an online event. Didn't have to build a schedule and platform to host and direct attendees to the content
