Easy to use - Lacking some customization
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use and the fact that the mobile and web-based versions are one of the same. We get a lot of folks that can't download the app and having the website as an option is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of customization. Hate the layout of the schedule and my schedule. it's bulky and not all user-friendly. We get a lot of people confused and if you have a ton of sessions it gets even bulkier. Wish you could see this breakout is being hosted at these specifc times kind of deal. Also hate the interface of the main page and not being bale to control it better - it always has to be a link to somethinG.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a platform that services onsite attendees and virtual attendees without having to be in two different areas. Allowing for notifications to go out and being able to connect attendees to surveys specific to their event activities.
First of two events for this year - improvements should be made to equal CrowdCompass
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, design is good and user friendly, the website worked well
What do you dislike about the product?
Profiles are weak - more fields should be visible and there was no ability for us to prepare the profiles from the back end with data. Lack of event feed or social wall was very tough - there was no way for participants to share photos or comments with the whole group
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows us to do away with our printed paper program
Cvent made it easy to have our annual conference during COVID
What do you like best about the product?
It was most helpful to have meetings guiding us through the process of creating content, inviting individuals on the platform, and creating an agenda for the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was easy to use. I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating a virtual space that allowed for many individuals to attend throughout the state of Ohio.
Decent, but could be more customizable
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping all attendees in one place is helpful. The website customization is nice and user friendly. I like being able to search people but the search feature can use some filter work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features are not super customizable for our needs. We don't fit in the same box as a lot of conferences and have unfortunately tried to find a lot of internal workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's quicker to check in our guests on site which gets crowd control in a better spot. I don't think it's benefitting us but we don't have another option to use.
The Perfect Event Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Attendee Hub is just awesome in general. The home page with scheduled content is a breeze for event planners. I love that the session content is neatly organized in the schedule tab, with on-demand content automatically appearing shortly after the end of the session. Community activities like instant networking help fill the in-person void with virtual events. There are a dozen more accolades I could rattle off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I've tried a bunch of other event solutions and this one checks all the marks. Great product, phenomenal customer service, and near-perfect documentation. It's a real winner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Attendee Hub allows us to serve virtual and in-person events with the same solution and you can tailor each experience to the associated attendees. It's an absolute must-have event solution.
Really easy to use software - an Event Manager's dream.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the Attendee Hub can be virtual, in-person, and hybrid-style events. Being able to post content and links within the hub has been a huge factor over other event software we explored.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the back-end setups for this are not very easy. I will say that their support and your CVENT rep service is unmatched. We work with a gal named Taylor and she is top-notch. Always willing to walk us through something and available to jump on quick calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a huge benefit for us in terms of getting back in person. The Hub is a mainstream location for all things to do with our event. We're impressed with all the features.
Full of potential
What do you like best about the product?
Place to host large files post-event & good security features
What do you dislike about the product?
Want more customization of the space & tedious for guests or event staff to access. App if not user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting lage files in a secure area allows for post-event distribution of content without risk of competitors viewing trade secrets
The concept is great but the adoption is limited
What do you like best about the product?
You can keep all your content in one place. There are many functions within the hub that are user friendly, and keep the meeting planner organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Attendees seemed to have a hard time grasping that after they register for an event, they still have to register on the HUB. Its a 2 step process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing users to see all your content in one place so that it doesnt have to be posted in public on the web.

The service made our event seem very professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints, but I do not think I would have been able to do it without assistance.

Tracking invitees.
Very clean solution for remote and on-site attendees
What do you like best about the product?
The configuration is fairly easy. The ease of use for the end user is very intuitive, so there isn't much learning curve. You can get a lot of information out to people that otherwise was crammed into the mobile app or we had to put separately on our webiste.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have made a lot of improvements over the last couple of years and I can't say that there is really anything I would want other than maybe the ability to move some of the widgets around for a different look and feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great platform to provide recorded content from our sessions. This has allowed us to be able to record sessions for people to watch later, which otherwise we had no way to distribute. The new app is a great tool and easy to use for our attendees. We can get a lot of information out to our attendees now, whether it be in the desktop format of the web interface of Attendee Hub, or in the app.
