What do you like best about the product?
It allowed us to capture guest, showcase sponsors speakers, interact with attendees, play games
What do you dislike about the product?
Some people had challenges with their apps and other devices.

It is providing a consolidated registration list,and allows guest to participate virtually

User Friendly & Planner Friendly

What do you like best about the product?
As a planner, I have loved using Virtual Attendee Hub because it has made our user experience so much easier. Participants can find everything they need in one place and easily access all content and sessions. When our attendees are happy, we are happy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more opportunities/ways to connect with other attendees. Additionally, sometimes the gamification doesn't track my activity/tasks completed. Otherwise, I haven't found many other pitfalls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a few technical errors with registration that would have impacted our attendees' ability to use Attendee Hub. Cvent experts caught this early and provided solutions to set us up for success later on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend taking the time to do the trainings to familiarize yourself with the systems, utilizing the Community page and other resources, and calling the support team for specific questions.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very professional looking. Our attendees have been highly impressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were slightly easier to set each session to virtual. It would be nice if you could do it as a group if they all have the same settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very large-scale conference every year with multiple sessions, that we took virtual in 2020 (with Cvent). It would be nearly impossible to do that by just sending zoom links. Cvent makes it easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a quality, professional platform with excellent customer support, Cvent Attendee Hub is the way to go.

Sometimes the system takes a bit to load, but not all the time!

Ability to chat, q&a and polls for sessions

Onsite solutions, not all features are visible

Being able to host virtual events, allows us to reach broader audience and easy to maneuver for those that aren't tech savy
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When using attendee hub, ask for a cheat sheet from attendee hub support. That was critical for my 3 day virtual event.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the support using the attendee hub and the ability for consumers to view the recorded content weeks later and still get continuing education credit.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slightly expensive for some of our planning teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great event management system- much more efficient than web ex.

Cvent platform is a game changer...

What do you like best about the product?
It is just so easy to Navigate. Everything is simple to set up and use. Our attendees love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't complain about disliking anything about Cvent!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a convention yearly is really difficult and time consuming process. Using the attendee hub has lightened the load a lot and simplified my work load. I can just take me time and set up everything and i love that it also sync to the app.

What do you like best about the product?
The scanning feature for attendees and automatic printing of badges.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't think anything was missing - it was overall a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves having to manually print over 400 badges prior to an event. Causes less stress at check-in for events. Just overall a benefit during a busy and stressful time!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the user interface of the platform and how easy it is to use. Any changes we make in cvent is directly changed in the platform.

There is nothing I could think of that I dislike

It is solving the issue of knowing how many people have signed in and registered.
