Attendee Hub - MRC
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple Attendee HUb is to use. It is amazing all the new features that are constantly being released. Having used other platforms Attendee Hub is so user friendly. Cvent Studio is AMAZING!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to complete attendee hub set up prior to being able to share the link to access. Would be great to be able to share the link with attendees without them being able to access the hub till a set date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use attendee hub all the time. Sometimes we are setting up events at the last minute and we can set up attendee hub in minutes. We were able to deliver virtual content during the pandemic and continue to deliver virtual content now.

Its so simple while still being a robust platform

What do you like best about the product?
We like Attendee Hub because it is very easy and effective when trying to organize, track, and keep tabs on registration for events and trainings. Very intuitive so we don't need to teach volunteers how to use the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Attendee Hub tends to be that the app can be a little wonky, sometimes (depending on the internet connection at the venue) the registration numbers can be inaccurate and requires rebooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Cvent Attendee Hub solving for our organization is the tracking, recording and reporting of registration data, including the process of checking attendees in.

Cvent Attendee Hub: a platform that keeps growing
What do you like best about the product?
Cvent Attendee Hub gives our attendees one place for the whole event. As Cvent keeps on pushing new features, it has helped us make our events more engaging. I love the additions of chats and discussions and the fact that we can update the content on the fly. Being able to keep the content for our attendees for up to 90 days has been very helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the agenda building and appointments were a little easier. I also would prefer if the Q&A, chats and polls could all be opened at the same time rather than having to switch from one to the other. Appointments is a separate add-on feature that could be integrated more smoothly with the Attendee Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we had to pivot to virtual events (and later on looking at hybrid events), being able to design one site that would make it easier for our attendees to navigate through the sessions, exhibitor pages and additional content was essential. Cvent's Attendee Hub helped us achieve this and as they keep adding features, our attendees' experience keeps on improving.

Make sure to work closely with your Cvent Client Success Advisor. They have a wealth of knowledge and will help you make the most of your Cvent solutions!

What do you like best about the product?
The appearance, it is a great looking platform to deliver virtual events.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interactivity between attendees. I believe there should be an option for attendees to see who is online and message each other or call directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reports are great, you can easily see who has joined which session and for how long.
One Stop Shop for Hybrid Events !!
What do you like best about the product?
Attendee Hub has all features needed to host Virtual, Hybrid and In-person Events without needing to work with multiple vendors. One of the best features is its ability to calculate Engagement scores and out of box reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have started using this product in the last 3 months and have no complains so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the ease of creating, hosting Virtual and Hybrid events using one vendor to reduce cost and efforts

I enjoyed learning about CVent and to implement the program within my school district.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the program at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have any problems with CVent Attendee Hub. i am excited about using Attendee Hub with my SOFIE.
The Virtual Attendee Hub allowed us to continue our conference virtually during the pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
I love the self-contained platform of the VAH. The fact that the build out of the website is directly connected to both the hub and the mobile app make less work for me during the build, but connects everything across the platform for a great finished product. Also the personalization of the VAH for attendees when they login, and how easy it is to access sessions, visit exhibitors, virtually connect and access information post conference
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve with all Cvent software. It is a powerful tool but you do need to understand how to use it. Knowing where to access information within the Cvent community or getting a certification through their training program makes using the product much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to analyze additional analytics regarding attendee behavior across the site, which helps us to target areas where we need to work on driving our attendees to or figure out how to get them more engaged.
Easy to use with powerful results
What do you like best about the product?
We used Attendee Hub for a recent virtual event and were impressed with how easy it was to configured. All of our event data was synced right into Attendee Hub and all we had to do was pick the theme, upload our images and schedule our cards. It was simple to customize the Attendee Hub homepage and we were able to schedule "cards" to appear only during the event, such as the Event Help Desk, so that people weren't trying to access it outside of event hours. We uploaded the videos for each session into the session and scheduled it to play in "simulive" at the session time. It was very simple for attendees to view the sessions and participate in the chat and Q&A. We got a ton of event survey responses because it was easy for our attendees to find as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to schedule cards is helpful, however it was frustrating that you could not preview what the Attendee Home Page looks like without scheduling the card to appear at the time of testing. In addition, it is annoying that you cannot test the Attendee Hub site on your desktop with the click of a button - you have to log in to the live attendee site, wait for the verification text, and enter it. It would be nice if there was a test functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking for an end-to-end solution for managing our virtual events, sponsored content, and event data. The Exhibitor Portal makes it incredibly easy for us to manage our sponsors and tasks associated with their sponsorship.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the fact that is is a mobile platform and you can easily import your event when you are creating the attendee hub experience for your attendees and exhibitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was better logic when it comes to scheduling times with the exhivitors. I would prefer if it would only show me available times instead of telling me they aren't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has really helped the university embrace the hybrid and virtual model of events, allowing departments to reach audiences further than their current pool of people.
