What do you like best about the product?
Attendee Hub is very simple to use and build. The drag and drop widgets, easy text features, and diverse widget options help you build and offer a simple site for your attendees to interact with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Attendee Hub's greatest strength, simplicity, can be its weakness. If you need something very specific added in your Attendee Hub sites, options are limited. Sometimes your Attendee Hub specialist can offer bypass "options," but they aren't always the most efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Attendee Hub as a one-stop-shop for our attendees...or we are trying to. Change isn't accepted overnight,be patient. The more you entice and create curiosity with your attendees, the better engagement and acceptance. That's what we are finding and starting to see.

How easy it is to use and teach customers how to use it. The Attendee hub has innovated the way our organizations look at events.
What do you dislike about the product?
How new Attendee Hub is. Just like any new product, there is some work to do to wrinkle out the kinks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Registration. With attendee hub, we have been able to centralize our attendees into one space. allowing for optimal engagement..

It can seem over whelming with the amount of options available.

Update in real-time. Connect our in-person and virtual attendees. Have all aspects of the event available in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The various engagement activities that dont make it feel like a registration form and makes just checking in fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing noteworthy at the moment. Might evolve as we go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefit is finding all the relavent information in one place and rewarding with the points and redemption

What do you like best about the product?
I enough that our end users can get the best experience both virtually and in person. The engagement opportunities are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design elements aren't there yet. It isn't as customizable and robust as my organization needed but it is still great none the less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A problem was being able to customize the main home screen and a few others. There are many benefits, especially if you want to track your attendees engagement and offer prizes.

Easy to use on the front & back end.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive to learn and easy to use both setting up the event on the backend and viewing it as an attendee on the front end. We got so many comments from people about its functionality and design.
What do you dislike about the product?
The add ons can be expensive (premium surveys, etc.). But you get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a hub for the conference was a game changer especially compared to our first early 2020 conference. It was so much less stress and easy to set up. Also great that it populates - no setting up the attendee hub and app separately from the sessions.
