Easy to use and works smoothly

What do you like best about the product?
I use Attendee Hub everyday, we have multiple clients we build meetings for, some are small easy one page/registration sites, while others are way more complex. No matter how large or small the event, attendee hub provides us the flexiability to build the site our clients are looking for. We can also easily integrate from Cvent to Concur, so our clients can take advantage of setting up Concur meetings to regulate their attendees flights, costs, forms of payment, etc. I also love that I can give my contacts reporting access so they can run their reports 24/7 as needed without having to wait for me to be available to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
i can't say there is anything that stands out that I don't like about attendee hub. There is a learning curve as with any software, but once you understand the program and know there is so much customer support to help you through the process, you will love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to use attendee hub to relay meeting & event details to our client's attendees, so they understand what the event is about, where it is taking place, and when. We always use the hotel widget when attendees need to stay overnight, this makes rooming list reporting so easy. Also, when there is a Concur meeting component, we can make that connection easy as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how many feautures are available and how many integrations they have added since first launching. It is also very customizable to each event, which I love. The customer support is also 10/10!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the thing I dislike the most would be having to sign in again & again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it so much easier to share accurate, updated, and helpful information to our attendees.

What do you like best about the product?
Cvent Attendee Hub is user-friendly. It allows you to engage with attendees easily and share information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cvent tends to be an expensive product to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cvent provides us with a place to share important event information, whether in person or virtually.

What do you like best about the product?
Attendee Hubs mobile app is a game changer for attendees onsite at events. It allows them to have all the information they need about their event at the palm of their hands. It's easy to use and integrate into your events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating the mobile app can be time consuming and the implementation as a builder can be complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing customers schedules and on site networking features are of the most benefit to our events.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to easily make changes and updates in real-time, integration with cvent platform so only have to make updates once, loved the ability to self-launch if we want and had the resources but also they could launch in an app for us

Wish a bit more flexibility in personalizing messages, some areas were hard to navigate to

Moving much of our content from printed material to digital, connecting more in real-time with our attendees for updates, engaging attendees through polling and other useful features and understanding the customer journey and know what they clicked on to be interested in for follow up

What do you like best about the product?
With Attendee Hub, we can create a completely customized interactive experience for our in-person, virtual, or hybrid events. We'll have access to add an Event App and Attendee Website to our event and all our sessions, speakers, exhibitors, and attendees will automatically integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it gives a feeling like the person with less familirity will face some challenges. Kind of a less friendly negotiation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Post covid, it is a bit challenging to keep the attendees engaged, but with the attendee hub we can make it little simpler by using interactive tools like live pooling, Q&A, virtual booths to enhance the attendee's engagement

What do you like best about the product?
I love the accessibility it gives our attendees. They are able to view their schedule, communicate with eachother, and view other valuable information within our event. On the backend, it is very easy to set up and customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a better page for discussions where attendees can post their questions as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to give all of our attendees access to information during the duration of our event. It allows us to send notifications, allow attendees to connect with eachother, and view schedules to sign up for demo sessions. It is easy to navigate and to tailor for each of our events.

Attendee Hub- the perfect way to stay connected at an event

What do you like best about the product?
Attendee Hub is very user-friendly, both from an event attendee perspective, and on the backend for administrators of the event. The sync to Cvent registration makes the log-in process and updating the website/app simultanteously a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Attendee Hub is not the least expensive option on the market. While there are cheaper apps for very basic events, this app is more comprehensive and thus comes with a higher pricetag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A one-stop shop for event information; the sync to the Cvent Registration and event website means we don't have to print individual schedules or answer questions from staff about who has checked in.
