What do you like best about the product?
The thing i like most about attendee hub, is that it is already connected to the event management side of cvent, so that all information such as speakers and agenda, carry through from the registation webiste to attendee hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the homepage is not as customisable as the registation webiste.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of integrating the registation webiste to the virtual event platform. I benmefit from this as attendees have a seamless trasition form one to the other

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty easy to use & when we need assistance the Cvent team is quick to solve our issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything that I don't like about Attendee Hub is slowly getting fixed. They truly listen to our needs/wants and upgrade the program to fit what us as Event Planners/users need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cvent provides a virtual platform for us to hold our video conferencing events & an app for our in person event. Both formats of Attendee Hub is simple and easy to navigate causing less confusion with our attendees.
Great Event Planning Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Attendee Hub has been very helpful in keeping my team organized and on the same page when it comes to high volume events.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit overwhelming to learn how to navigate at first, but there are lots of tools avaliable to help new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cvent provides a solution to attendee managment, as there can be lots of data collected and utilized. Cvent has been beneficial in assisting in data management, filtering, and reporting.

Has not improved much, despite other platforms adding feature and functionality that make meetings and webinars more useful and practical, so have been using other platforms much more.

Needed a platform to host our webinars.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some areas with limited functionality - like the appointment scheduler and filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to print our agendas and 30+ page session catalogues. Now, attendees can access all of this information at their fingertips and we can make changes faster!
Great solution for non-profits
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the hub is easy to use and intuitive. Our conference attendees really enjoyed using this space and were very impressed by its profile abilities

I wish there were more ways to promote using it.

This app allows us to provide a custom agenda to conference attendees and to have a space during our in-person event where people can connect online.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and very easy to find events. Updates are seen right away

nothing so far that I disline. I have had no problems

Giving us an opportunity to connect to people we would not be able to if not for cvent
Attendee hub is helping my event go paperless

How easily it integrates with the Agenda module, saving me time and energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our older members do not want to use it, and find it frustrating. That being said, the benefits far outweigh this issue.

Easily communicating with my attendees, and updating them on program changes in realtime.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It pulls the information from the cvent registrtion site, saving time on imports across products
What do you dislike about the product?
It get's cluncky with spotty internet. My schedule should be the default schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Push notifications and agenda updates. If the sessions run over, or the we need to provide attendees event updates, the apps makes it easy and effective.
