What do you like best about the product?
Better options out there for user experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Has not improved much, despite other platforms adding feature and functionality that make meetings and webinars more useful and practical, so have been using other platforms much more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a platform to host our webinars.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Cvent Attendee Hub for our annual user conference, MicroStrategy World, and it has been a game-changer for us. From seamless attendee registration to dynamic event scheduling and personalized agendas, Cvent Attendee Hub provides an excellent experience for our attendees.

One of the standout features of Cvent Attendee Hub is its user-friendly interface, which has made navigating our event effortless for our attendees. The customization options have allowed us to tailor the platform to our specific needs, ensuring a branded and cohesive experience for all participants.

Moreover, the robust analytics provided by Cvent have given us valuable insights into attendee engagement and preferences, enabling us to continually enhance the attendee experience year after year.

Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience with Cvent Attendee Hub. Its reliability, flexibility, and innovative features have made it an indispensable tool for our event planning success.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some areas with limited functionality - like the appointment scheduler and filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to print our agendas and 30+ page session catalogues. Now, attendees can access all of this information at their fingertips and we can make changes faster!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the hub is easy to use and intuitive. Our conference attendees really enjoyed using this space and were very impressed by its profile abilities

I wish there were more ways to promote using it.

This app allows us to provide a custom agenda to conference attendees and to have a space during our in-person event where people can connect online.

What do you like best about the product?
How easily it integrates with the Agenda module, saving me time and energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our older members do not want to use it, and find it frustrating. That being said, the benefits far outweigh this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily communicating with my attendees, and updating them on program changes in realtime.

What do you like best about the product?
It pulls the information from the cvent registrtion site, saving time on imports across products
What do you dislike about the product?
It get's cluncky with spotty internet. My schedule should be the default schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Push notifications and agenda updates. If the sessions run over, or the we need to provide attendees event updates, the apps makes it easy and effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Attendee Hub has enabled us to extend the reach of our events to 4x the number of prospects and clients than with previous events (virtual or in-person).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features available in the app that aren't necessarily available in the web version, or vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cvent Attendee Hub allows us to reach a far greater audience while incorporating networking and exhibitor features - a full conference online!

What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration with Cvent registration is a highlight for using attendee hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use work on more branding opportunities and customization, but I believe this is on the roadmap and support takes feedback seriously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used an API with another mobile app. The newly built app makes a seamless attendee experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Attendee Hub is easy to build once you have set up your registration event in Cvent. There are so many available features to use to captivate your audience on the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many features to learn and understand to build out the app. There is also a learning curve for designing if you do not already have a background in design. But their customer support team is very good at helping and explaining when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have asked about having the guests photos available in the Attendees section.
