Good initial product, support.

We needed a Web GUI based file service on our own private AWS S3 environment.
It fits most cases, although there is still improvement needed in some areas.
The E-mail support works fine and we get rather fast feedback. Already submitted some small bugs and enhancements for a better user experience.
Currently used by a limited audience inside the team.

Just for the record, with improvement we don't mean bugs, rather additional features/enhancements for next releases, the product itself is working fine as-is. Will surely become a 5-star over time. As for 'bugs', see their release notes delivered with each version. We're integrating it in our company environment (OpenID, private KMS keys, netwerk config, ...) and once company approved will open it up for our customers.
