What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and integrate into the code base and pretty userfriendly UI. Their customer service is also very good and responds immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
the events can take a while to load somtimes. one other issue is how they are grouped together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are able to track several mobile events and data associated with it. it helps us be more productive with respect to our data analysis and usage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
its easy to install and use , very good customer support aswell, which makes it worth using. i have had several issues with the past vendors we used where we had to go back and forth on a call, but with indicative its been easier to track down issues and customer support is always available to debug and fix any issues we come across, technical and otherwise. plus its fairly inexpensive as compared to other analytic tools making it the best option in market out there. i would strongly recommend this product and can almost guaranteee it will meet all expectations with respect to product and business goals. Also, they are available all the time to help with any support or debug issues. we just had to have 2 calls with them and within a week we were good to go. we did our market research with some renown analytics vendors but this one definitely stood out.

What do you like best about the product?
The visual non tech layout really helpful. The capacity to not have to undertake tasks like setting up funnels and wait for new data is a bliss.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some More drill down and context in funnels would be lovely

User journeys are more visible and the impact of changes is more clear now!

Try it out to check how easy it is to setup and start gathering some insights that can better drive conversations

Indicative helps us understand user behavior with no sampling & segmentation

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to build unlimited funnels of user behavior and how they go through our website is one of the best features. Using Google Analytics we were stuck with sampling & limited to just one funnel. With Indicative we can create unlimited funnels, see conversions over time and it works with Snowplow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Indicative is super powerful but also a little complex. Just a small learning curve, but once you figure it out you are good to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the most common paths to conversion, with segmentation & conversions over time.

Fast and easy to analyze data

What do you like best about the product?
Indicative has a series of tools designed for a fast data consultation. It is easy to use and its graphics and animations are really gorgeous and do the data storytelling is easy.

Also, since we don't need SQL or other ype of programming to analyze the data, more team members can use and generate insights from Indicative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its setup will require the assistance of developers and data engineers. Past that, it will be really easy to use.


It could have more tools for training and learn more things aboou Indicative's capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Indicative to understand consumer behaviour from my website. I can do a series of analysis such as Conversion Funnel, segment different publics by cohorts and so on.

What do you like best about the product?
Their multi path and cohort analysis tools that read directly off event log data are extremely useful, and unique in the BI space. The UI is very user friendly, easily allowing non technical teams the ability to analyze events.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a new product, so lacks some standard enterprise tools right now, like SAML integration, and refined user permissioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web event data is difficult to analyze with standard SQL, beyond just simple funnel analyses. Indicative's focus on that makes it a pretty clear add to our BI stack, without running into any issues with confusion over which tool to use for which job.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They very easily onboarding Snowplow unstruct, self described events.

Great tool for funnel analysis

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tool for funnel analysis that connect to Segment for event data. Great free tier as well so you can really take your time understanding the tool before having to make a purchase commitment. It does require that you have a good understanding of your site or app event structure, and what you are looking to measure.

The filtering and segmentation tools are quite robust, but take some getting used to to configure properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is nit-picky, but the color scheme is awful. Also, like many of these tools the learning curve is steep. That said, they do have a really great email onboarding series, and step by step tutorial within the app itself. The tool is less robust than Amplitude or Mixpanel, but at a much more attractive price point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use it for ad hoc analysis of new features, as well as ongoing conversion funnel analysis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to go through the tutorials and build out sample analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Indicative is a great tool for tracking user's through common marketing or user journey funnels.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are on the free version and I think it provides a great service given that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to look at multiple funnel paths simultaneously is a great benefit of using Indicative.

What do you like best about the product?
schedule report that helps busy people to receive updates even they don't have a time to visit indicative dashboard. It also helps in monitoring the user behavior that helps to address the problem that the user is facing.

I find indicativenvery useful. I'm just expecting more features to come

The Segmentation. I like the process how to get information there. Same with the Funnel.

Nothing. I liked all of the analysis. Cohorts, Funnels, and the Segmentation.

The application created and application completed. Well its always the same and concise.

Nothing actually
