What do you like best about the product?
It post most of our payments. But is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has issues with post sometimes. We've been using a wor around for the last month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does most of the posting automatically. Sometimes we don't get our payfac.

It's very user friendly and it cut out time on half for setting the cash positón daily.

I can't say that I dislike anything about it at the time.

AI and GenAi. Product Efficiency for productivy gains

Implementation and overall support. Tickets get too long for resolution and CRs are chargeable for basic admin changes

The powerful algorithm makes it easier for collectors to prioritize things as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is great but requires a lot of customization since the out of the box tool doesn't fit all of our immediate needs.

Providing visibility to what our collectors are doing on a day to day basis outside of the general reporting we had before.
