Your Entertaining but Helpful Personal Secretary

What do you like best about the product?
I love the summaries that Sybill provides regarding pain points, buying intent, and what Sybill "heard" as the most important takeaways from a call. It really helps me as a CSM cross-check what I heard in a conversation and holds me accountable to some of my notes/action items in my follow-up with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
While often providing hilarious commentary as if Sybill is your own personal fly on the wall, sometimes Sybill just gets it wrong and doesn't accurately reflect the real meaning in a conversation, particularly around the small talk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring quality, accurate notes, helping me remember all key action items and follow-ups, and helping me share some of the most important talking points of a conversation with my leadership team when needed.

Sybil helps me to summarise my call very accurately. It helps me to follow up on calls in rapidly, as it provides a summary of follow ups

It sometimes missed the context of a conversation. As a result, inaccurate follow ups are suggested

What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to relax a bit more during calls knowing that I will have a summary, key take aways and action items delivered to me upon call completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love for it to email out to anyone internally on the call.

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive breakdown of the meeting that is valuable to all involved and is simple and easy to understand. Key points and follow up needed are delivered in a simple but robust outline that is a game changer. Time savings alone are ROI positive but the intuitive notes created by Sybill are invaluable to say the least.

Its an evolving technology.Nothings perfect but they are a close as its comes. No negative issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a salesperson taking between 8 - 10 Zoom call demos daily. I love being personal, but it isn't easy when we talk with many people in a day.

Sybill sits in the background and remembers all of the things that I don't.

Great transcription, clear break down of different individuals in conversation, and expressing participants' interest is crucial to knowing how to disseminate what might and might not be necessary to your prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I do not like about Sybill. I would 10/10 recommend to a friend. My only recommendation is that the AI email have a "smart" and "dumb" version, as sometimes the crafted email is a bit intense for what a natural person would write.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcription of calls and recording of meetings. Allowing users to refer back to important sales conversations.

Sybill is fantastic at summarizing from this transcription for follow-up emails and the next steps.

What do you like best about the product?
Slack integrated, helpful in quickly digesting a high volume of calls in Gong. Useful in understanding sentiment during a call and capturing the essence of what happened on a call. Sybill has been helpful in our products teams, being able to skim many calls, capture what was discussed and determine which calls are essential for them to listen to. This has sped up the product discovery process noticeably by allowing teams to be more targeted in their usage of Gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no admin/configuration page yet, which makes it challenging to assign Sybill seats to users. Once that is fixed, I don't have any complaints or things we don't like. The AI and sentiment analysis continues to improve, and hasn't stagnated and gets better regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly digesting large volumes of calls, creating action items and follow up activity for sales teams and summarizing topics of a call to allow product teams to find relevant calls quickly that they want to listen to.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sybill sends me a recap of my calls and includes relevant information I might have forgotten. I can count on Sybill to email me the meeting details and the next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Sybill doesn't pick up the correct information, but it is far and few between, and it is expected with this kind of technology. I haven't had many issues at all with Sybill yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill solves the problem of having to listen back to entire conversations. Sybill summarizes my meetings and sends me a recap of the outcome, next steps, conversation starters, and pain points. Sybill benefits me by making sure I never miss my prospects conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
The ridiculously simple interface that packs quite a punch in quickly conveying an incredibly concise and accurate summary of my zoom calls. Love the way all the key elements of an effective summary (video, behaviors, body language, rapport, and transcript) all exist in the same app
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Perhaps highlight more of the behavioral and non-verbal signals from the call a bit more. Maybe an interpretation of them??
2. Have an opportunity to edit the summary to enhance or "fix" inaccuracies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ability to "see" a call I wish I could have been on... and have an instant summary provided to me to see where we have opportunities to coach and learn.

What do you like best about the product?
Sybill is smart, and the web interface is pretty clean. I use it regularly to go back and listen to important meetings in case I missed something during the session.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two things that can be improved

1. Having a mobile app where I can listen to the meetings, say, while driving in my car.
2. On faster playback speeds, the voice clarity drops.

Capture customer insights like we never could do before.
