Does what it says it can do

What do you like best about the product?
Solid app that does what it says it can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to sign up for the app to watch someone else's Sybill video that they shared with me.

Difficult to figure out how to turn it off as I don't want it at every meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for notetaking and meeting recording.

What do you like best about the product?
From someone demo'ing 10 new prospects a day; I couldn't ask for a better 'notetaker'. Everything is tracked, everything is there for me to review, it's seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say this about any tech, we have been too spoiled, but I wish the meetings were transcribed and presented a little faster and more consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a notetaker, Sybill transcribes my meetings and allows me to click through very quickly to the main talking points. It is also tracking engagement, talk time and a ton of other analytics that allow me to mold my sales approaches or spend more time on certain areas where I am lacking. Showing me, within a demo, where I am losing or gaining engagement has been game-changing.

Help me catch up on sales calls

What do you like best about the product?
As a product marketer, I need to stay in sync with all customer calls to inform my go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. However, this is time-intensive. Sybill helps me by providing the transcript and allowing me to navigate to the section of the call I'm most interested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet experienced any pet peeve with Sybill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me time and helps me scale listening to all conversations my sales and CS teams have with customers. Helps me with my GTM efforts and initiatives, and capture the voice of the customer accurately.

Great meeting notetaker that allows me to focus on the conversation

What do you like best about the product?
Sybill is my new best friend! I can focus on the discussion, not taking notes. I've compared my notes versus Sybill's notes and it captures many things that I missed. Well worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sybill is not inexpensive, but it adds significant value. The integration with HubSpot could be better. Also, it is really geared towards sales discussions, it doesn't generally capture the context for non-sales discussions (team meetings, investor calls, etc). That being said, you can always go back to the full transcript when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capture all of the details and pain points in a discussion for informed prospect follow-up. I can focus on the discussion, not the notetaking.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can tell when somebody is engaged, and when somebody is not. The option to transcribe the entire call makes finding certain parts of the call extremely easy as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had this happen to me a few times where the note-taker just won't join the Zoom meeting. I want it to. But usually logging out and then logging back in solve that issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill is helping me hone my pitch deck. It's letting me know when prospects are disengage with my presentation so I can go in after the call and make my presentation more engaging.

What do you like best about the product?
Sybill's interface is intuitive, and their summaries and action items are spot on. The integration to SFDC means I don't have to update the notes field manually, and the AI emails to follow up are a huge time saver. Processing the calls takes about 30 minutes, but I love the slack notifications to let me know when it's ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost could add up if you had a large team, but the value is there if your entire team uses the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill transcribes my calls, listens for keywords or phrases that are critical indicators for me, and summarizes (with action items per person) the meetings for me.

A Champ's dream come true

What do you like best about the product?
Summaries are out of this world. While it's not 100%, it's about 95% there, but 95% better than 0% is something to definitely brag about. It's an enormous time saving and an extremely accurate way to understand what happened on a call, what next steps are, and where the deal stands. We use this for sales, marketing, CS, and even for our member calls to help understand who are the most engaged. As a user for the past couple of years, the tech continues to get better and better, and I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Note taking on the calls would be nice. I like coaching my reps on specific parts and it would be nice to input some comments on the different sections. Not a deal killer since everything positive makes up for this, but it would be so awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill allows for sellers, coaches, and observers to understand what happened on the call without listening to it in its entirety. It saves a lot of time and it's been super accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
I love AI for meeting reviews. Very helpful as is the transcript to keep track of what is important. I don't like to take notes and am not good at it so this saves me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need a feature to announce the recorder when someone logs into a meeting. I've used similar products in the past but find this solution not lacking much feature wise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I previously mentioned, I need something, in the case of Sybill, some recording capabilities fed into an AI engine to help summarize what the prospects wants and expects.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used several meeting note taking/recording tools and Sybill is by far the most useful. They really listen to their customers and make improvements on a weekly basis. The best part is that we can easily understand the call sentiment and can benchmark how our sales calls are going. Also, we can share the call with the other stakeholders who couldn't make the initial call and that saves a lot of time. Oh, also, I can review the sales calls that my team is doing and that gives me a lot of confidence that they are hitting the mark. We can't imagine not having Sybill!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm excited for ever deeper mobile support. It works good now and the way they are going I'm sure it will be great very soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to understand how all calls are going and also review calls later to be sure that we didn't miss any to do items promised to customers in the call.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Sybill's magic summary tool. I love the summary and analytics you receive from it. They are extremely thorough and accurate. I was very impressed. It provides you with non-verbal behaviors which is unique.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't have the Gong integration it is a little manual, but with Gong, that isn't an issue. If you are using the manual process, it's still fairly simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Sybill, I can get quick and thorough call summaries that allow me to send follow-up emails more easily. As a result, I can be more focused on my call and not have to take vigorous notes. These notes are great for record-keeping and prepping for any next steps/calls you might have.
