These are very detailed issues overall I love the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilizing time as a competitive weapon.
Allows me to focus on my meeting and customer vs take notes
I know every word is recorded and I can go back or take the summary at face value

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Sybill's revolutionary sentiment analysis and transcription capabilities, I can spend more time actively listening to customers and less time taking notes during calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't change anything about the product or the level of support I have received from Sybill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sybill, salespeople are able to pick up on emotional intelligence cues they might have missed otherwise. Less note-taking during calls allows salespeople and other GTM members to focus on other revenue-generating activities.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is truly creative and gives you valuable insights about your calls. I really liked that the tool gives you an export of all the insights, people, and even their expressions and engagement during the call. While this might sound similar to other tools, the fact that it takes in additional data points for learning about people's behavior and engagement makes it truly special and is a huge differentiator in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed some trouble in my call results when talking about a third-person who wasn't part of the call. That is understandably difficult to parse though, and the team knows where they would like to improve. It is certainly not a detriment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding how engaged our clients and prospects are and what "silent signals" are being sent that are difficult to pick up on while in the middle of a conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
Sybill allows our most inexperienced team members to read between the lines with its emotional nights. Their new email-writing AI is also very cool!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little on the pricey side - can become costly as the number of users increase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill kills three birds with one stone:

1) Assists with clear insights
2) Integrates with CRM to reduce notetaking
3) AI email call summary saves time in drafting follow-up emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The analysis report I receive after each call makes sure I don't miss any relevant part of the conversation and makes updating the CRM a breeze. My leadership appreciates the thoroughness of the analysis as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy of the analysis is improving but it's not great quite yet.

I would like it to provide more MEDDICC specific relevancy.

Pricing is a little steep but it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill takes the notes on a call for me and allows be to be more engaged in a conversation without having to look away to take notes or jot down relevant points.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to measure prospect/customer engagement is very powerful. To see the call metrics such as your talk time v. prospect talk time is great. I love the highlights and summarization of next steps. Best of, Sybill's new AI-generated call summary is a tremendous productivity boost. No more worrying about taking notes during a call and tediously entering the details of the call into your CRM system. The AI summary is synched automatically to the account and you are ready to move on to the next meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a downside to using Sybill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill eliminates the need to take notes in a call because you know every nuance of the meeting is being captured.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how automated the features are in Sybill. It just shows up to my meeting, records the video/audio, creates an AI summary, emails me the summary, gives me unlimited meeting storage, and now it even writes the follow-up email for me using AI. Absolutely incredible! Otter.ai used to be my transcription service, but now Sybill is my go-to. The team is also very, very innovative. It seems new great features are being released regularly. Excited to see what comes next.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function isn't global yet. By that, I mean if I want to search for any meeting where I said the word "Vacuum," I have to search each meeting one by one. Conducting one global search would be more efficient, where Sybill returns all meetings where I said "Vacuum."

I'm sure they'll eventually add this feature though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me quickly, easily, and seamlessly capture all of my meetings. Also creates decent meeting summaries! So much more efficient than my old system.

What do you like best about the product?
Sybill helps our sales team ensure that our meetings are effectively tracked and dictated. The Emotional analyses allow us to understand how our customers feel about the services we are presenting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin features are not sufficient to allow you to manage your own seat licenses easily. If we have to remove a team member, we have to reach out to the Client Success person to do that. However, they are quick to make requested changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our sales team, it makes note taking simple through its video recording and speech dication. It also allows sales team members to understand where clients agreed or disagreed with what was presented through their emotional responses. From a sales leadership perspective, Sybill helps us remotely train and improve our team's performance during calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The insights feature and automated action items make it incredibly easy to remember key points from my meetings and our sales team's meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A I do not have anything that I dislike at the moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill solves the issue of watching full-length call recordings to get a good idea of how they went. Instead, we can watch highlights and review the automated recap.

What do you like best about the product?
-easily syncs to platforms like Zoom and Slack.
-Great for high volume sales orgs. Provides key takeaways and action items allows reps to be organized even with a loaded pipeline
-Records numbers and pricing convos very accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
-previously gave meetings a % score, but I believe this function has been recently removed. Although these scores were not very accurate, I do hope this feature comes back in a better way

Sales pipeline management. Conversational intelligence. Records and stores all meetings. Connects easily to platforms like Zoom and Slack which are essential for our business
