Massive time saver

What do you like best about the product?
The magic summaries are amazing. I can spend more time actually listening to my propsects and less time jotting down all the vital notes for their usecase. It also makes my post email follow ups a breeze, makes my saleforce notes way more clear, and gives me actionable insight into the deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major downsides. I wish I could see the magic summaries outside of the sybill dashboard like maybe via slack or email but thats minor. Increasing the speed in which these summaries are returned would also just make a tool even smoother to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing speed for follow up emails, note-taking, actionable insights into my calls, and overall productivity in my sales cycles.

What do you like best about the product?
I personally love the new summary feature. It allows me to skip the transcript and search for much needed information including next steps and pain points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would live to have a feature in the summary that tackles the "when". When is my lead ready to purchase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill allows me to easily tackle the phone call and provide important information to our sales leaders and SDRS. Also, when new salesman join the company that can get up to speed very quickly my reviewing these calls that have already taken place.

Action items / next steps haven't been as accurate as I'd hoped

It's the first platform I've seen that reads non-verbal cues as well as transcribes the call.

Great AI tool for sellers

What do you like best about the product?
The highlights, interests & pain points, from calls are super helpful in crafting follow-up emails with my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
No much. Maybe the AI-generated followup email needs some work... but I'm sure that will get better over time. And of course it's a great starting point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's creating a concise version of the main talking points from the call.
While I take good notes and generally do my followups right after so I don't forget things. Sybill helps me make sure I don't miss any important details and saves me some time if for some reason I do need to go back and find a specific talking point.

What do you like best about the product?
The way Sybill transcribes and analyzes calls makes our customer service process better. We can cater to our customers more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons at this time. My company will continue to use Sybill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill lets me know how a customer feels during a meeting by reading their body language. Which, in the end, helps us understand how to move forward with each individual.

What do you like best about the product?
Sybill allows me to have conversations and be in the moment, rather than thinking about note-taking. I am able to actively listen and be more involved in catering a solution rather than get overwhelmed with details being discussed and type notes at million miles an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand it's a work in progress, however, there are several instances where the conversation is lost in translation! There are words, phrases, and accents that may be interpreted as different words and sentences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amongst a lot of benefits, to me, the 3 most important problem it solves is notetaking, call summaries, and next steps pointers. Having these features has simply changed the dynamic of how I interact with clients and helps me save a lot of time!

What do you like best about the product?
The "Summary of a call" function is such a great tool to utilize to be able to look back on a call and quickly get a refresher on that conversation and an in-depth, scary accurate text format of all the important touch points and outcome of the call. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say is here and there, there might be a few spelling errors or some text out of order but it has never been consistent or a big enough issue for me even to have a complaint...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill helps the user get easy access to a detailed breakdown of how a call went and all the important touch points of that call...It allows me to take less notes and be present when I am on a sales call because I can trust that the notes that are being taken by Sybill will give me a great breakdown of that call.

What do you like best about the product?
Sybill generates follow up tasks that I have to get done after every single call. These get pushed into my Slack, which makes my workflow as a busy founder really straightforward!

10/10 would recommend, the price is a no-brainer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found many things to dislike. The score of how the meeting went isn't providing me much value personally, but I can imagine it being super helpful for sales leaders down the road.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill makes it really easy for me to remember everything I've spoken to a founder about, as well as reminds me what things I have to follow up on in my emails afterward. I'm taking 8-10 calls/day, making it difficult to be super diligent. Sybill's made it much easier for me!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly look at my interactions with clients, learn from them, having the note taking tool is extremely useful. I think most of all, sybill helps me learn to not speak too much with clients and listen very clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes sybill joins meetings that I didn't opt in for. It has never caused any problems and it's clear to me that this has been worked on over the months. Amazing service and great team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me understand my clients deeply and it's also saving me a lot of time in meetings so I don't have to write everything down. I think it's an amazing service.

Easy To Use and Great for Providing Customer Quotes and Notes

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows me to scan through transcripts quickly and find bits of information I found in me notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more selective about capturing key moments. A lot of times it does not seem to differentiate between the Customer and the Vendor (us) . For example, it highlights moments of excitement, but really the excitement is between me and another colleague and not the Customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing historical context that we can both use for recall and share with others to help provide information and training opportunities.
