Very Intuitive AI Powered Call Analysis software.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive UI of Sybill. I work in Customer Success, and the way it transcribes and analyzes calls provides excellent insights and generates actionable information. Their support is responsive and they are regularly adding new capabilities that are grounded in their core value proposition.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about Sybill. I look forward to continued improvements to the technology as they scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill helps me quickly find essential insights and action items from my customer calls. Allows me to record minutes and plan follow ups with limited effort.

Changes the way you make zoom calls, seemlessly

What do you like best about the product?
I was amazed by the way it could read people's reactions during a call to give an idea of how engaged (or not) attendees were. These elements could be determining in qualifying it as a good or bad call.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Sybill is still in its early days, it's not so much what one dislikes, but how can one make the right suggestions of features they would feel are necessary to make their experience complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having as much information about your buyers as possible is essential in today's world. Sybill helps in that respect with helpful insights about the call and provides a video summary that you can share on the back of it.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of the product has been the searchable transcript. I know this functionality is also in the zoom recordings, but the additional level of intelligence is very helpful. I also love the snip-it feature if part of the call needs to be trimmed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to download the video so we could save to our CRM for reference. Our workout has been adding the link in the 'notes' section of the accounts, but people still look for the recordings in the 'files' section of our CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anyone who has tried to present on a call, while also taking notes, knows it's almost impossible and you often miss key moments, people's inflection and tone. Being able to reference specific points in our call recordings quickly and efficiently is the biggest benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
Sybill's conversational AI features, along with their behavioral AI help us understand how prospects are responding to our deck and demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sybill is an early-stage product, but I like how quickly the Sybill team is adding new features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill helps our sales team understand which of our messaging is resonating with our prospects, and makes our GTM experimentation much more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of detail provided beyond what is said is beneficial as I gauge interest and understanding of the solution I am presenting. I can quickly go to the areas that point out high or low engagement levels and align those with the topic. I can also easily see how this aligns with the opportunity stage of the deal and determine if I am on the right path or aligned with the prospect.

I can rely on Sybill to assess all my calls while focusing on the conversation with my prospect or client. I cannot note every detail during the call; therefore, recording the discussion is very helpful to recall within Sybill, especially when setting up next steps, preparing proposals and understanding product or solution alignment.

The Sybill team always listens for suggestions and updates its features to best suit client needs. For instance, we needed integration with SFDC. The Sybill team quickly acted and made this available for us to use. This is just one example; however, they are always making updates and improving their product within a short period.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can think of at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill allows our team to gain knowledge and recall discussions on the fly. Our success team also uses Sybill, which is also helpful for summarizing customer calls, sharing product feedback and determining the best call to action after the call is complete.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Sybill is the ability to see when prospects were and weren't engaged. That level of insight is priceless in a highly competitive industry like mine.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about Sybill. From the perspective of an enterprise sales professional Sybill is such an asset to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill gives me the ability to see when my prospects are engaged and when they get distracted. This allows me to follow back up with them if I see that they weren't paying full attention to a critical piece of the demo or conversation. It also allows me to see if other issues or priorities may be more important than originally communicated based on how engaged certain personnel are during our demos. On top of that, if executive sponsors join late-stage demos, I can see what areas of interest are most important to them based on their engagement as well.

During long sales cycles, it's very helpful to create snippets of different parts of our demos to share with prospects when they ask questions.

Lastly, Sybill allows me to see when and where I may be losing prospect engagement during our presentations and demos. This allows us to adjust and tweak our talk tracks and demos to make sure we're optimizing the experience for the prospects considering our solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Sybill has been a great tool for us. Listening to prospects helps me pinpoint customer needs, and tune messaging and positioning across our products. Success stories mean everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sybill has a great interface - no dislikes come to mind. I'd like to see some AI-generated suggestions and insights built from call transcripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill helps with alignment and refinement - both critical to the sales and marketing groups.

Great for Sales Calls

What do you like best about the product?
I personally love being able to go back and search for keywords from the call to remind myself of important parts. I also love how it pulls out calls to action for a quick review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found other competitors in this space, although typically at much higher prices, have the ability to also integrate into Aircall allowing the same type of services to be made available for pure voice 2 voice calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of sales calls, and sometimes I'm not the best at getting my notes written before my next call. Sybill makes sure I have a place to go back to identify next steps we shared, and be able to review how I did so I can keep improving.

Kind of a no-brainer.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is very intuitive, clean, and helpful. I love seeing the engagement score of the participants - it helps me hone in on specific sections of the call and pull out key information. I can pinpoint what resonated, if something is more important than I thought, and what the other party is passionate about. Plus, the transcript is really high quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly can't think of one. I use the tool as an individual user (not a team), so there might be stuff that I'm missing/not seeing on that side. But for an individual, it's surpassed all of my expectations so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sybill mostly for podcast prep. Having to keep up with my guest and take notes to build an episode was taking me out of the conversation - I wasn't as engaged as I wanted to be. With Sybill, I can look back at the transcript & highlights to pull out topics for us to discuss. It's cut down my prep time and allowed me to create better outlines for our guests moving forward.
