Sybill.ai is a must to be able to "read the room" while still focusing on the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I rely on sybill.ai to be my assistant on calls. It is difficult to really focus on what the customer is saying (and not saying) if you are worried about taking notes and reading the room. You always miss something if there are multiple people in the meeting. Who's paying attention, who's slumping, smiling, nodding etc and you can't rely only on the speaker to give you the full information. I also love the CRM integration, no more double taking of notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I'm finding immense value in sybill. The recent improvements and slack integration are great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving me another set of eyes and ears on calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is very easy to navigate and the insights are more valuable than most other platforms because they take into account non-verbal cues. When I share snippets internally or externally, I usually get a response of "wow, this is really cool!".
What do you dislike about the product?
They have added so many features that it's hard to keep up! I'd have to go back and do a proper training to make sure I'm getting the most out of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When reviewing calls, it helps me identify specific points to zero in on... Most call recording tools are meant for sales, but I find Sybill just as helpful for internal meetings with teammates to see how others are responding to specific things.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it integrates so easily with Zoom. Very easy to setup and get going. Very easy to read my colleague's engagement with this application, even if you can't see their video feed. Provides great feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sybill worked for other video/chat products. I would love for it to provide more feedback and give me suggestions using Artificial Intelligence on how to improve my meetings and boost engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With everything being remote it's hard to get a read on people. Sybill is helping me with bridging that engagement gap so that I can be a better leader and help the organization move forward.
