Great note taker, saves a lot of time
What do you like best about the product?
Sybill is amazing at summarizing what was talked about in a virtual meeting. I find it to be >90% accurate and it helps with follow up emails bc it writes them for me! I usually just need to edit a few words and then off it goes to my client or prospect. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
I charge most of my clients by the hour, so it actually saves me too much time. However, if allows the time I do spend to be of high value to my clients, which makes it worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking in virtual meetings so I can be more present in the conversation. Also, producing good follow ups and being prepared for a next meeting.

It just works. The summaries and highlights are really useful (for sales call context in english).

The email drafts are too wordy I guess ?

The notes it provides are extremely detailed, better than anything a person could do while on a call
It allows me to fully focus on the conversation with the customer, rather than trying to decipher what important details that I need to add to my note
The turnaround time for the meeting report is very quick, and is not stopping me from being able to follow up
with the customer the same day
The auto email it generates is also a huge time saver when putting together the meeting recap

What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few instances where a next step or cusotmer question has been missed in the meeting summary BUT it's very easy to search the meeting transcript to find those pieces of the conversation

Incredible product, even better customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The sybill call recording capabilities rival that of Gong for a fraction of the price. On top of that, they have some neat feature like emotional insights. The best part of sybill might be their customer service though. Any time I've needed help, they reply incredibly fast with helpful answers. Getting set up takes just a few minutes and couldn't be easier. We use Sybill on every external call (mainly sales focused) as well as on some longer internal calls for record keeping and summarizing. Easy to integrate with slack as well to share context with the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I'd like to see on Sybill is a bit better of a snipping feature to snip certain sections and share with team mates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording calls, providing summaries, keeping track of to-do items, and to improve on our sales calls.
Nice for high level overviews, but does not capture everything

It is helpful for Sybill to recognize buying intent, follow up items, and provide a high level email recap.

Sybill does not recognize some of the nuances for follow up and writes an email follow up in future tense.

Time savings to some extent, but this also creates a problem when the follow up items are not captured properly. That creates duplicate work

What do you like best about the product?
Sybill helps me understand sentiment rather than the literal words that were said in a conversation. I love how well it summarizes calls, syncs with my CRM, and allows me to catch up and relearn things on past calls. I have used Gong in the past, and Sybill is the same if not better in nearly every way. You aren't missing much, if anything you are gaining functionality you will actually use when buying a tool like this
What do you dislike about the product?
They currently do not have a mobile app - this used to be something I liked about Gong, is that I could listen to calls on the go in the app pretty easily; however there are work around for this, it's just not quite as clean in this regard. that's really the only downside I see coming from gong.

It helps me quickly remember how conversations went + share / review other calls from the GTM team.

Sybill's notes summary is great.
The transcripts are really accurate
It's also very easy to use especially for the fact that you can add Sybill to a call after the call has started is really amazing.

The downside I have experienced is not being able to search multiple conversations by text.

I love using Sybill, and the accountability, trust and follow-up it helps me have with my clients.

I love that Sybill provides pain points and interests based on my calls, so I can completely personalize my follow-up and conversations with clients while saving lots of time doing so.

I have had 2 meetings not transfer through with Sybill.

Sybill is helping me solve time management issues with internal processes and client-facing follow-up. This is benefiting me because I can spend more time on my outreach and relationship building as a sales individual.

What do you like best about the product?
Sybill has been such an incredible tool to use during my meetings. It can take notes more efficiently and more accurately than I can while I get to focus on the meeting. I use Sybill with all of my meetings including my 1:1s with my team so that I can easily collect notes and follow up tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not always set it and forget it. Sometimes you need to take a few extra steps to make sure the integration is correct so that you get the notes you need. If you are expecting to get the notes and for some reason Sybill did not collect them, you are left without any of the info you need.
