Great assistant for sales calls
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful summaries, love being able to copy/paste call recaps into my CRM. Also, have options to rewatch or read through the entire transcript. Easy to pull out snipets to share with team.
What do you dislike about the product?
kinda intrusive and takes up space on the call by having this black box there...not the end of the world, but in the future would like to see a less intrusive solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me recaps of my sales calls so I don't have to rewatch an entire recording. Also drafts up follow up emails for me, although I think these could really use some work. Still a good starting point.
Amazing note taker
What do you like best about the product?
With Sybill I don't need to worry about taking notes on customer interviews or meetings, it does it all for me very well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of for now, so far so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving me back time when I don't need to think about note taking.
Tool works great, but haven't compared it to others since the LLM explosion

I have found the call summaries to be very effective and accurate
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used Gong previously and I liked the ability to isolate one speaker and just automatically play through only that person's audio. Sybill appears to have this feature, but it doesn't work for me so I have to manually move around to only play back my prospects' portions of calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am more engaged in my calls when I do not have to take notes myself throughout
Nice and slick note taker
What do you like best about the product?
Reliable, quickly uploads the files to the cloud, pricing is reasonable for the entry level plan
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't search by a word across all calls, hard to understand topics discussed in a glance. Plan that allows integration with our CRM is fairly costly

It allows us to get back to calls and better understand what was discussed
Makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to pay closer attention to my prospects because I know Sybill will provide a great recap. I am not missing key pieces of information because I'm side tracked by taking notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly can't think if anything but if I had to find SOMETHING I guess I would say that the recaps/info isnt automatically available.

allowing me to dedicate all my attention to my client or prospective client
Excellent notetaker tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sybill to be accurate with transcribing and summarizing my meeting notes. It's easy to use. I use this tool for every external meeting to keep myself organized. It is feature-rich and curates the action items followed by the owners for each.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Pricing could always be improved, but it is competitive with its peer group.

It helps me organize my actions and meeting summaries and catches notes that I might've missed.

What do you like best about the product?
Sybill has significantly enhanced the performance of our Customer Success team by allowing active participation in client calls, delivering thoughtful and thorough follow-ups, and assistance in managing CRM documentation. Overall the implementation of Sybill has improved our overall client experience and interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, delayed follow-up emails can result in a delay for a swift response to our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill is addressing the challenge of client call follow-up and CRM documentation. Prior to implementing Sybill, both of these processes lacked seamlessness.
Amazing Note Taking
What do you like best about the product?
The note taking and action itens along with the recomendations and mood indications!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside that I am aware of.Maybe haing to pay? :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
reducing the amount of time we used to need to prepare for not taking. helps the speed of conversations, reduce filler words. all around great product.
Sybill is a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Sybill is a great tool if you are doing virtual meetings. My favorite thing about Sybill is that it is very accurate in describing the buying intent of a customer or prospect. It is very easy to use and has been great for my sales team. From a manager standpoint, you can go in and watch calls and coach your team with snippets, and from a sales standpoint, you never miss information.

What do you dislike about the product?
If someone is not on a video call and calls in via speaker phone in the meeting, Sybill does not pick them up well. My only complaint. Outside of that, it has been great for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sybill is saving our team time in recapping calls. With the integration to HubSpot the summary is completed there and as a manager, you can review your teams calls and coach if needed. It is also a safety net when someone says you did not cover something in which you did, or if you did forget you know.
Fantastic was to stay in touch with the Sales Process
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it helps my prodcut team stay in touch with what is being discussed with our prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing is that I wish we could get the Syncs to happen on a company level instead of deal level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Sybill to update Hubspot and provide insights into product gaps that are mentioned on calls with prospects so that we can be faster to market meeting their needs.
