The Tool I never Knew I needed
What do you like best about the product?
The hidden gem, behind the ability to follow-up better is the ability to filter the transcript by questions. You get the question time stamp and then you see how you answered this question. This can be used to create FAQs or tailor your messaging to avoid confusion. But there are a lot of other features I love about Sybill as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found one, and it seems to be a point of discussion in all of my meetings when people realize I have an AI Notetaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was terrible at follow-up and creating tasks for myself. Now my assistant reviews the meetings and suggestions by Sybill. Sends follow-up emails, gives me tasks to do for each client and making me much more efficient with my time.

I like the feature where the call outcomes are summarised with the action points

In the basic plan they could have had integration with the CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Love the fact that it has behavioral insights, transcribes accurately, creates ridiculously well written automatic responses, and details the benefits and opportunities behind every sale. This makes summaries and follow-up a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't integrate with pipedrive. Ideally, it should be seamless but it isn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me create amazing follow up emails and tracks how long I talk in the meeting. Great to manage how long I speak.
Very Helpful, Impactful, and Easy to Use for sellers

Takes simple notes, doesn't get too complex. Monitoring buzz words & average talk time helps improve performance per sales conversation too.

Sometimes doesn't join meetings it's supposed to.

Easy to use, effective summarisation and transcription of calls/meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It is visible to all, so eveyone knows that it is listening in and recording the calls. The exhaustive summaries and accuracy of note taking is also quite impressive.

Getting it to leave a call it was erroneously invited to is a bt cumbersome. Sometimes we need to ask the rganiser to do the needful

Ensuring that we are accurate in our understanding of requirements, needs and agreements during the course of internal and external discussions. ALlows us to quickly get meetings summaries and notes out without much effrt at all. The focus is our meetings is now only on the discussion and not the note taking
Sybill has been a great work tool. I am able to follow up and provide my team updates more rapidly.

Sybill automates note-taking and follow up steps so you can fully focus on your call
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I dont have to take notes, or spend 10+ minutes writing follow up steps. Sybil does it for me.

Overall it's great. Would like to be able to send snippets directly to slack eventually.

Allows me to watch the important parts of our sales teams call. As the head of marketing, this informs our strategy greatly, and I wouldn't be able to access the volume and quality of insight without Sybill.
The perfect assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I love the detailed summaries after my calls! It reminds me to update my notes and even catches things I forget. Very user friendly as it integrates with my slack!

I wish the summaries were delivered faster

It reminds me to update my notes which helps a ton since those notes are shared with my colleagues and it keeps everyone up to date on any given customer's account
Great tool for summarizing meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The summaries are super helpful to get a snapshot of what was discussed on the call. For an AI tool, the accuracy is sufficient for capturing the high level points of the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to control when and how the emails are sent out.

Capturing the calls so we have a summary that can be easily read, digested, and searched.
Time Saver & Life Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Its great for when you have days of back to back meetings. It send you a detailed summary of the call and then it makes your follow up 100x easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
It somethings misses out some detail from the call but gets the majority of it.
